Taco Bell

I’ve dealt with inaccurate orders so many times at this location. It’s getting really pathetic. I waited 5 minutes to get help at drive thru. I paid for my order and was given my food. They didn’t give me sauces or napkins. I had to ask for them. Then I came home to not all my food. I ordered a spicy double beef burrito and it wasn’t there. I’m very upset. I tried calling and they left there phone on, the line is busy. KENNITH LEDFORD needs to do something about this store. ASAP.

Ordered pink lemonade with the two combos I ordered. When handed the drinks in the drive thru, I pulled over into the driveway to taste them and they tasted watery, not surprising since they appeared clear to pink ombré from the top of the cup to bottom. I kindly returned to the driveway and let them know the drinks where watery and if they can check the mixture from the fountain. After a delay, the cashier at the driveway window handed me the drinks and said “I don’t know what to tell you if you still feel like they’re watery but this is the way they’re supposed to taste.” At a loss for words I took the drinks and decided to drive off without saying a word. Not sure what the standard of customer service is, but management needs to review it. I always leave a donation to whatever organization they claim to be supporting, including this time rounding my order to $16. I’ve worked in fast food before and would not dare tell a customer that, and my manager sure would not have stand for that either. Please, do better.

Taco Bell on Buena Vista and White Lane.... I would not use the kiosk because the place looked like it had not been sanitized all day long. My order was wrong, how do you screw up 4 soft tacos supremes? I pointed out to the manager all of the covid face coverings on the tables and floor and he proceeded to tell me that they have 17 minors working there. I believe it... can't train kids to clean their damn bedroom, why would they clean the fast food place that they work at or make a Taco correctly. I wish I could post the pictures I have of the filthy dinning room.
