I love starbucks I try a new location when I can. This location is been my second favorite I stopped today 3/22/22 around 6ish great customer service from 2 guy employees the one taking my order n the one handing my drinks out. I feel really bad for not catching the names. But great service over all I got 2 32oz strawberry acai great 👍 drink.

They need to be consistent with drinks. I got a caramel frappuccino and it tasted watered down. I didn't bother to ask them to fix it, cause when I do it still doesn't come out right.

Despite this Starbucks being in a busy location, the lines go surprisingly quick. I don't think I've waited longer than 15 minutes when the drive-thru is full. I've sat inside there before way before the pandemic but wasn't crazy about it. Most of the locations look the same anyways but since it's ghetto I just avoid it. There's always sketchy looking people hanging around and I've seen a lot of cops always looking for somebody. I'd avoid it at night but morning or day is good enough.

I think the young ladies forgot how to make a caramel frappe. One for my wife and one for my daughter and both had no flavor.

I've had multiple great experiences, and I've decided to finally write a review on the excellent service I've had there.. Erica, Amber, and Sam, were excellent they Rock.. They were slammed and at the window and they did over the top as far as service and speed and agility they do amazing under pressure and performance and still have a smile and great customer service... I came back for a second round Tuesday the 15th of January, in the evening and David, Justice, and Ariana, were all just as well excellent in service performance and and in sync with all of command performance... Five stars two snaps and around the world...,!!! I

This seems to be the only Starbucks I can get a decent cup of Joe from. Tried white ln by my house and they can't get anything right. Tried the one by my work they can't get it right. Its just a Nitro cold brew with salted caramel foam. Every other place I try to order from it tastes like water. But this place makes it soooooo good. It has become the only store I go to get one or else I run the risk of these other stores passing off dirty water to me as coffee. Even thier drive through moves quickly.
