When you dine in, you realize the priority is given to the drive-thru. Cars that arrive after your order will get their food before you. No napkins available for self-serve ("local ordinance") and none offered. If you need any, the staff will yank them individually from the behind-the-counter dispenser with the same hands they use to collect money at the register.

Seriously the slowest "fast food" place I've come across. If I wasn't stuck in the drive thru with cars behind me, I would get out of line. 12 minutes later, only one car has given their order to move the line up. I'm truly blown away they maintain being open with the service. Or lack there of.

This Burger King isn't living up to freshness as the impression imposes! I love Burger King. But this location had yesterday's buns, pre made/heated patties. Of course the fried items we're great. But very unsatisfied with the Burger. This location needs quality control!

The people can be nice. The service is the slowest you will ever get. Drive thru was 45 minutes during lunch time. I understand lunch time would be more busy but 45 minutes is terrible. I’m glad they finally got their ice machine fixed after months of being broke. This burger king really needs more employees or something.

About two months ago I ate at a BK in Hanford and absolutely had the best meal. I told my wife that we should pick up BK because of the great experience. She went today to the Stockdale BK and arrived in the drive-thru at 12:36pm and was finally "set free" (her words, not mine) from the line at 1:09pm. This is all trackable in text messages since she let me know when she got there and the minute she left. That's over 30 minutes in the drive-thru line. We were lucky because she didn't have to be anywhere so she was trying to take it in stride. She got back home where I was given my burger. I bit into it and the top bun literally disintegrated in my hands. I used to make fresh bread at a bakery so I know that your burger bun was probably a week past the expiration date. It. Was. Awful. We let the 33 minute drive-thru experience slide but I have to draw the line when the food is terrible too. There were no pros to this experience. Only cons. We won't be back to any of your locations and you should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing a drive-thru to stay open that makes people wait over 1/2 an hour. It's really not good business. I get we're supposed to "be nice to the essential workers that show up" but your manager/leadership isn't giving these essential workers a chance by pissing off everyone that continues to try to give them business.

I love Burger King but I ordered a junior with mustard & tomatoes only. I got a regular all the way with 2 patties with cheese. Bad experience

Has a long timelover of BK i can honestly say this was the worst 😫 overpriced cold food I've ever purchased. Heck you should pay me for going there.ive always been a huge fan. NOT ANYMORE. Over 30.00 dollars. Really. Sad day. Money wasted.

Worst costumer service I ever had food was cold onion rings where made like 5 hours before they give it to me Im not going back to that burguer king no more may be to any other burguer king I will better get the Habit o Jack in the box yea that will be way better

My son picked Burger King for his 3rd birthday. A group of 20 of us went to celebrate his special day. Right away Alex the assistant manager welcomed us and was so nice. He offered to take my sons cake to the fridge to keep cool and told us to let him know if we needed anything. Once everyone was there we all ordered. All at once. Our food came out super fast and it was all perfect. Alex took the time and marked off every item so nothing would be missing. The food was really good. After we are we opened presents and had cake. Through the entire time Alex checked in on us to make sure we were doing okay. At the end he was nice enough to take a group picture for us. At first we were like really son you want Burger King but by the end of the night we all were happy with his pick. My son was so happy the whole time. The restaurant was really clean and so were the bathrooms. Amazing experience and the best birthday ever according to my son. That you Alex for a special evening.
