Really great, I had this cashier named david, he did amazing and the food was hot, he did amazing customer service, give him a raise!!

I came by this Carl’s Jr. on Panama Lane after driving back to town after work & when I went through the drive-thru the cashier Wesley was just so nice & sounded like he wanted to make other peoples day better, im here to say he made my day better with his service. I had a very bad experience at this location when I receive my burger the bread was soggy and the meat tasted old. When I called and notified the manager he tried to explain that I must’ve been the mayonnaise? Ummm no the burger made my stomach ache... Go to a different location.

This Carl's Jr is the good one in western Bakersfield. The one on gosford is garbage, go to this one instead. You can tell that this location respects the burger and their customers.

Service was quick. Only is issue was fries weren't fresh, andurger looked like it was just tossed in box and had to put back together.

I tried the new chicken sandwich and it was awesome. Very friendly staff even at the drive thru. Had no trouble getting our order or anything.
