Review Mcdonald's - Bakersfield

This McDonald's has cheated me on dipping sauce every time I order a twenty piece chicken nugget. They only gave me two sauces and when I asked her for more they charge me 50¢ for two more. I've called headquarters and complained about it. I have terminal colon cancer and haven't left my Apt building in over a month. It cost me five dollars for a neighbor to go get my food. I told the manager this and she said my personal problem has nothing to do with my food order. How cruel and incensitive people can be to a person who has little time left on Earth!! What happens when drive through service gets a few miles home and only two sauces. Are they going to drive back? NO!!! Avoid this McDonald's at all times and report to headquarters if you aren't satisfied with anything. You are employing those people and you should get what you pay for! This is the McDonald's on F Street and 23 rd . The manager said she didn't care about my problem and I should call headquarters so I did again for round #3. Rude people who should be happy they have a job because of my money purchase food.

This particular Mcdonalds' does not cater to its customers. I came in to place my order. My phone was dead. They do have a charging station but it does not work( they disconnected it because of homeless) I asked for the corporate number because when I inquired about the station not working, the employee was rude and said this store is individually owned they don't have to cater to their customer. Really? I had to go to Dunkin Donuts to charge just to order from McDonald's App. I never heard of McDonald's being represented like this, ever.

Very poor management and service provided from this McDonald’s. I was offered a refund for a mistake made by a new employee at the counter but never received the refund from the manager after a long wait. I called the store to try and resolve the issue once again was met with the same issue horrible management.

Mc Donalds allows people with signs begging for money etc at cashier DRIVE up . Employees say they can't keep from hanging out. ( VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS. )....

Went at a not necessarily busy time just to have my order take 20 minutes and be incorrect multiple times. only reason I didn’t give 1 star was in the incompetence of the employees they managed to give me multiple extra items. Coming from an employee at a fast food establishment this was very underwhelming.

Kid behind counter must've been new b/c he tried to individually charge for each item on kids meal. He also didn't seem to know how to work ice cream machine b/c he deferred to another person (on mine and three other orders.).

I was surprised I had to tell them to fill up my fries but everything was nice and clean the food was good as long as you remind them to fill up your fries amen

I work on an ambulance I hadn't eaten all night but due to the size of my ambulance I'm unable to go through the drive-thru the manager refused to serve me I will never go to another McDonald's it's a horrible feeling that people treat other people that way

Do not plan on eating at this restaurant because there is nowhere to sit because bums are sleeping inside or walking up to your table asking for money and the staff does not do anything about it.

My last FIVE visits I have received cold fries. What's up McDonalds??
