Use to love this place but there been a few times my order gets messed up and today I ordered a bacon burger with ketchup and my bacon was raw!!! Only cooked on the outside of the bacon that's why I am giving it 2 stars the past few years things having been so good the fries are always good

This is no longer a Fosters Freeze. Street View as of May 22, 2022 confirms it. I had been there many times and was disappointed when I went there and it was some other outfit with the word "Frosty" on the sign visible heading east on Stockdale.

Ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches. Don’t bother buying these here, we didn’t eat them after two bites, gross. The waffle fries were soggy, not crispy. We ordered onion rings, but found regular fries and the waffle fries we ordered in our bag. So it’s also a bummer to pay for food then realize they conned you on many levels. Won’t be trying this place again, not worth your time.

I had the classic double cheeseburger combo. It’s pretty good. I was impressed because it was not very expensive the whole combo was less than six bucks

I loved spending time with my friend here. She had the fries I had the fried mushrooms.for under twenty it was great. They made cherry vanilla Dr pepper and vanilla prpsi while we waited for our friend to get out of the e.r.

The best Fosters I've ever been to.. their ice cream had a yellow tint to it, I'm wondering if it was custard? or just real vanilla ice cream..What a awsome place to eat some fast food.. if I lived in Bakersfield that would be my go-to place.. good job Foster's Bakersfield!

Been going here for decades, ownership has only changed a few times but the food always tastes the same. Though the surrounding area changes its still the same, considered a historical landmark due to being established by Hodel as their first family business

Average service... we only ordered several drinks and the ice was basically melted before we got them... in the middle of March... so not like it was a hot day. I probably wouldn't go back again. Definitely not like foster's freeze in the old days. I do see it's busy there sometimes so maybe I just got unlucky.
