A detour stop in Bakersfield late afternoon for Indian food travelling from vegas to bay area. Pleasantly surprised by the decor. Great ambience. Courteous staff. Probably the worst place to have your food except you have so much of free time. It took 20 minutes to get a mango Lassi, 30 minutes to get Dahi k Kabab, and 1 hour 20 minutes to get the main course. So basically I wasted 1 hour 45 minutes to have lunch when restaurant was almost empty. Food review:

If you are looking for authentic Indian food. This is the place to go! Their spicy chicken makhani with basmati rice is amazing, oh and try their garlic naan. One last thing, their samosas are wonderful!

Worst food I've ever had in my life. This place do not serve authentic Indian food. The server wanted to give us a discount for not delivering what we expected. But my reviews aren't on sale. Good luck if you are trying their food . I strongly do not recommend this place.
