Review Baja Fresh - Bakersfield

I took my husband out for lunch and we had a very enjoyable lunch. Very pleasant atmosphere and we could talk with each other very nicely. Nice background music. I had a steak salad and it was delicious for sure. I would definitely go there if you have the chance. The parking is the only thing that is a little difficult to find there, because it is a very popular place.

So the manager decided to send the worlds smallest nacho's out instead of what is apparently the grande or plate of nachos to every uber eats customer. There is only "nacho" on uber eats no sizes. I have ordered several times and always got the larger size so I was extremely disappointed when I got my food. I call her then her General Manager because you cannot get a refund through uber eats. They tried to fix the problem by letting me come pick up the larger size nachos. They ended up costing me over the price because I paid the uber eats delivery fee of 5 dollars and there is only a dollar difference in the nachos price even though the larger one is around 10 times larger when ordered to go. For some reason i was not even surprised when I got home and the order was not correct. I will personally never order from Baja Fresh again and do not recommend ordering from the Hageman location unless you want to go to the store. They simply will not get it right.

I just ordered 3 steak and shrimp burrito ultimo and an order of chicken quesadilla. It was the worst burrito I've ever had, they now used the cheapest and very hard to chew meat and very2 dry. That'll be the last time i would order from that location. I was very2 disappointed.

I came in early about 5 min before opening and they let me in took my order fast. I also noticed the restaurant was very clean inside...the salsa bar was awesome and looked nice, good was very good and fresh.

Never busy, clean facility, fresh food and healthy options. Tons of seating and they keep it very cool in the summer. Service can be underwhelming, but they get the job done with a smile.

For 7.50 I got 2 small tacos and really small portion of rice and beans. Honestly just go to Chipotle if you want more for your money. Food didn't taste that great

First time in. Great staff, I had the grilled chili lime salad, nice portion, and the food was as good as any sit down Mexican Grill I have ever been to, and that is a lot. I will be back

The first impression that it was empty and the music was loud I ordered my food and the people behind me got their food first and you need something for fly control I won't be back to this location my first visit to Baja Fresh was at Tejon Outlet and it was great excellent service clean no loud music and it had quite more people than this and I had hot beat from the grill and this case mine's will cold
