The customer service is A1. Big shout out to Brandon. I explained to him how I wanted my coffee and instead of trying to rush me, he took the time out to give tips about my order and even let me take a sip to make sure it was good before I leave and told me if it wasn't he would fix it. Only 3rd time coming to this location but definitely added to my faves especially being a night truck driver . Definitely A+

I have been to location several times and each time have had outstanding service. Recently I spent an extended amount of time here doing some work and gaming. Ordered some snacks and drinks and a couple times they even brought it to my table. Truly above and beyond. Robyn was very polite ,helpful and sweet person. Keep up the great work and I hope to find myself are in such this comforting establishment again soon.

Starbucks is our favorite place for coffee. We drink every day and wherever we drive we always search and go Starbucks only. Today 5/31 was really bad worse experience. Has to wait long for Oder. The lady in charge may be for location scan my gift card for $5.00 she said nothing was there but I paid cash then she didn’t give my receipt. I have to ask for my receipt n when she gave my change I didn’t give tip for first time seeing her rude uncivilized behavior. She was the old among all girls seems like. When I got my oder my latte was not right it was like water n not even 16 oz. It was half and all fumes does not look like tall latter and our bread was not warm either. If it will be like this the reputation of Starbucks will really go down slowly

I've stopped on a couple times while working nearby. Staff is attentive and friendly. Drinks are consistent and taste good (if you like Starbucks coffee). Location is right off the freeway, with ample parking, and a drive thru. There's a small number of seats inside and a couple outside. Restrooms are available and clean.

People were nice and friendly. Drinks were both wrong on a mobile order. Both remade which wasn't necessary on one since it was just missing whipped cream. The other was wrong, remade, left out the Peppermint in a Peppermint mocha, so instead of just adding Peppermint, they dumped it again and remade it again...
I chose this SB since they were only a 2 minute detour off the highway, that 2 minutes ended up to be over 24 mins. which put us behind schedule. :-(

Busy
They need more people to help tge drive through
Seemed everyone was hands on
I give the guys working there 5 stars not the location
The location is setup in a very bad way and is not easy to get in

Gets five because the staff is great. Always have 7-8 employees and they are kind and efficient. I'll have to remember to bring cash for tip (and they do deserve the tips!) there is no way to do so when running debit/ credit. Starbucks is good but wouldn't land 5 stars without having such great staff at this location. You all deserve a raise!

I have had Starbucks coffee and pastries from over 30 locations from Mt. Vernon WA to El Cajon CA. My El Cajon experience is the one that best explains why Starbucks is such a huge company. However, of all the Starbucks experiences I've had, this one was the worst. One can easily expect a Starbucks to open at 5 am; travellers benefit a lot from that, especially a hop, skip and a jump away from a Hotel. The first morning, I waited at the door for the 5 am opening, and their espresso machine was not ready, but at least I settled for the black ready. Letting me in 3 minutes early or something like that before opening and having the espresso machine ready right-off-the-bat would have been very marketable. Yes, I did have the breakfast pastries. A NASTY HEALTH RED FLAG was that NOT ONE of the 3 employees was wearing gloves. Now believe it or not, I actually have something even worse than missing gloves to throw in there: IN THE SECOND 5am MORNING, THERE WAS A HANDWRITTEN NOTE READING THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO OPEN UNTIL 5:30 which has absolutely no legitimate excuse... NOW THAT'S UNACCEPTABLE!!! Fortunately for me, McDonald's across the street was open. Buh-dup bup bup bumm
