This place has the best food in Bakersfield. I've been going here since I was a kid. Now I have my kids begging to go eat there all of the time. The service is really excellent. The food has great flavor and it is not too expensive for the whole family.

I really enjoy this place. I get over here 3 to 4 times a year and every time the food is fresh hot and tasty. The restaurant is clean and nice inside.I used the restroom and it also was clean.
I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and it was very good. Our waitress Adriana did an outstanding job. She was fast, efficient And nice. She was a very good waitress.

Very clean but dated place. Great wait staff. Great food, but WAY overpriced. Diners should be affordable, but I guess this is a sovereign nation here called The Socialist Peoples Republic of Mexifornia. So I should expect these prices. Anyway, come here and support the local economy and private ownership because the food and service is great.
Best prime rib I've had! Right up there with the former Mt. Tumba. Excellent prime rib Fridays and Saturdays, a full bar and amazing service. What else could you ask for?
