Review Firehouse Subs - Bakersfield

MOLD ALERT!! So disappointed and disgusted. I can't believe anyone would even serve this to my wife. She was throwing up and still has stomach aches. There is no way they didn't see this. I understand they are busy and I really like firehouse subs, but you tell me is this how you want to start the New Year off?

This place is always very good like I said no one deserves five stars because there’s always something that they can improve on but if I could get 4 1/2 stars I would do so right now. All of the sandwiches they offer are really good I’ve tried most of them Are some of the best sandwiches I’ve gotten while here in Bakersfield. Pepperoni pizza sub it was made by request from the menu item they had earlier in the summer is probably one of the better subs that you can get.The bread is salt the meatballs are firm the amount of sauce and cheese on the sub is just right nothing overpowers anything you’re able to taste every weight of pepperoni cheese meatball sauce and bread with every single bite. The Chicken Gyro sub It’s very tasty was almost like a Greek salad on a soft French roll the flavors all complemented each other the way the chicken is made Is a great combination of the added feta cheese and vegetables. So not a personal fan of chicken in a sub this was a good combination of flavors. The Tuna sub Is a long time favorite always with provolone cheese lettuce tomatoes and onion Seems to be always fresh never fishy tasting it downright to go to sandwich if you’re looking for a cold sandwich at the Firehouse subs. I can’t say enough about the way this place let’s train your staff to give you the best experience even when they are Busy beyond belief, after the sandwiches were made the staff completely apologized over and over again about the time it took to get the sandwiches out. I assured them it was not a big deal and we moved on it when I love I think them for taking their time and getting everything on the order right. The crew that was working the afternoon of Friday July 15 is a great combination of staff working together to give their customers good quality product with the best outcome.

First time to visit a firehouse. Decent little ̶c̶o̶n̶n̶e̶d̶ corned beef sandwich, with LITTLE being the operative word. Cost - $6.99. Ouch!

My Sub looked just like the picture , but it was bland and I asked for everything on it, what happened to the flavor, the $3.00 Sub at Walmart taste better, customer service was great, store was very clean and organized, but that sandwich was trash , 25 min drive , waste of my time. I should have just bought one of those red Firehouse pickle buckets in the front.

1st time trying Fireshouse. Placed an order for pickup. It was not ready OR started when I arrived at the pick-up time. When I arrived home and my family opened there sandwiches, we all had wilted and some brown lettuce on all our sandwiches. Makes no sense for being open only an hour. Must have used the previous day's lettuce. So much for fresh. We all had to scrape the lettuce off our sandwiches. Outside of that, the bread was soft and the meat was decent. But, pricing for the sizes? Small should be child size. Way too expensive and not worth the price. Disappointing...

I would honestly love to give this store a great review, but not this time! 3/ Sever's, and they still smothered my salad w/tomatoes! The dressing on the 2/sandwiches was way too much that I couldn't taste anything else. Maybe next time, Firehouse Sub...

Had the best experience at this location the manager edelina was very professional and provided me and family with excellent service, I seen first hand how much her staff respects her and her leadership, im glad that she is in the management position, if the owner of this franchise is ready this please, make sure you keep this young lady. She is a great asset to the company, edelina thank you again for your extreme customer service. My family truly had a great experience and will be making this place our eating location when it comes to sandwiches.

Ordered 4 large sandwiches three of them 'fully involved'. Fast, courteous service. Super fresh produce.
