Absolutely the best fajitas I have ever had. Wonderful staff. Very friendly and welcoming. When I asked for a box, they even made an extra margaritas to go. These guys are above and beyond. Absolutely recommend and will definitely come back. Thank you.

We had a reservation at 6 o’clock and got our food at 7:30. The waiter advised we eat fast or box our food. Thanks guy! Lol. The guy asked if we wanted to pay. “Um We haven’t got our food. Yet!” They presented boxes before we got food, which was strange. No apologies from management. Missed

I love the ambiance here and the food is consistently high quality and well prepared. I found the service to be attentive and kind. I suspect some of the other reviewers are from big cities and used to being rushed out the door. Relax folks, and enjoy your time on the island.

Service was "over the top". Food & drinks were excellent. We are visiting from Arizona, so we have experienced great Mexican food. San Carlos is among the best. I was very pleasantly surprised to find Mexican food this good in this area of the country. Our server was Kara. I recommend San Carlos.
