Ordered through Uber eats and the bag was perfectly sealed when I received it. I open the bowl and THIS is what I get. No rice no toppings NOTHING of what I ordered. Not to mention it being half eaten as well. Completely horrible service here

By far the worst chipotle i have ever been to. This one is closest to my house so I got there several times and each time it is a bad experience. Today there was no white rice. I use to work at this restaurant. It’s not in operations to ever run out of rice especially during down times. What a joke

The employees were great EXCEPT THE MANAGER. A sweet lady had already put rice and fajita peppers in my quesadilla which I have been getting for YEARS. He then makes her throw it away and says it can only be cheese and one other topping. Ridiculous and he said it harshly to her. I would of even paid for the extras but he didn’t even ask. Chipotle has never said I couldn’t make my quesadilla like this before.

I eat chipotle a lot at least 2 times a week this is the first time I have been to this one and I can say I probably won’t come back my experience went like this walking in not to busy so I ordered my food like normal then she dished out my portion size it they did not have enough steak so she gave me half and pushed it down the line the the same with the guacamole then when I got up to pay there was this guy that moved my food around with his finger and asked me steak with guacamole ? Really touch my damn food!!! Big let down chip!!!

to show horrible service.
Show up and we had to wait 10 mins because they had messed up 2 persons orders. After the waiting I order carnitas, which was not ready so they told me to wait a couple of mins.
I step back and let a wave of like 10 people through. I haven’t heard anything from the counter. I go to the cashier and ask him if the carnitas was ready.
They had to go back and check again after another 10 mins.
I was mad that I had to keep asking if the food was ready as they would look away from me when ever they saw me looking their direction.
If I didn’t ask for my food they wouldn’t have checked. I can understand you being busy but to completely disregard a customer is extremely rude.
I was offered a free meal from management but declined as that was not what I was after.

I love chipotle, but when I visited this location it was quite dirty. Tables were in need of wiping and the food service station was quite messy with leftover bits of food scattered about. Maybe I caught them after a rush at a bad time. Hoping that next time I visit that it’s a bit cleaner.
