The ribs, turkey, and pulled pork are the way to go here! Brisket was a little dry with lots of smoke flavor. Sauce is sweet but it definitely makes everything taste better. All in all good bbq.
The BBQ is really, really good. The brisket and ribs are my favorite. They taste great even without sauce, but adding White Beard's spicy BBQ sauce puts the flavor over the top.
The meat is so tender and the sides are excellent.
