I found a new eatery tonight....Creekside Grill 10400 South Fm 730 Azle TX 76020 Found in the growing town of Azle, Texas. This place is warm and friendly and has great food! and is very reasonably priced. They have plenty of parking space and an outside patio that has a wonderful view. Everyone there was extremely friendly and personable. I started with the Texas Caviar which was fresh and like no other I’ve ever had. This was so good I could have made a meal of just that by itself. For my main course I had the chicken fried steak slathered in plenty of cream gravy. This was big enough to more than fill me up and have enough left to make a sandwich for tomorrow’s lunch. This was the caliber of CFS from years past... that is to say it had the perfect ratio of meat to crust and was extremely tender. It came with a good selection of sides of which I chose mashed potato casserole and perfectly sautéed blend of mixed vegetables. To top of the meal I had a very generous helping of banana pudding. It was obvious this was NOT instant this was definitely homemade pudding complete with Nilla wafers and plenty of fresh banana slices. I really have to keep going back until I’ve tried everything on the menu. Next time I absolutely have to get the fillet mignon. I saw these served tonight to two gentlemen at the next table and the sight of these steaks made my mouth instantly water. I have never seen a steak look so appetizing. I highly recommend you go try this place out. Remember it is just a short jaunt up Jacksboro Highway (SH199) at 10400 South Fm 730 Azle TX 76020. Go try out Creekside Grill ASAP!!!!

We hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner at Creekside Grill and EVERYTHING was perfect - the food, the service, the atmosphere. Menu included grilled chicken and penne pasta (best grilled chicken I've ever eaten) and yummy sauteed green beans. Great folks, great food!

Food: 9/10 Price: 10/10 Service: 10/10 A nice little restaurant with good selection of grill items. Tried their lamb rack special. Very tender and juicy. It was interesting to see lobster ravioli on the menu, gave it a try. It was Rich and creamy. It is BYOB. Overall, pretty good.

THEY ARE OPEN! Shame on the insecure individuals for reporting them as perm. closed. We've gone many times, and it is always worth the drive! The very friendly staff are quick on their toes with your drinks and entrees! To me, the food is in the 5 Star category. VERY rich, all made from scratch! Creamy sauces, seasoned fries, it is all just delicious! From traditional juicy hamburgers with avocado to a touch spicy Goulash over potatoes! Not to mention the warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream! THAT is how you serve up pie! Their recent addition of 3 big screen TV's does not interfere with the various types of genres of music playing in the background! Worth the drive!

Service: nothing short of amazingly friendly staff that is on top of their game. Five stars Eating area: beautiful and as clean as can be. Five stars Start ups: ordered fried calamari and stuffed mushrooms. They came out fast and hot. Five stars. Main course: filet mignon and ribeye both middium rare. Melted in your mouth. Five star Dessert: had bread pudding with ice cream topping the best I've had in a long time. Five star This place is a diamond in the rough and true hidden gem.

Great food, excellent and quick service!! The streaks were flavorful and a great size and both were cooked exactly as ordered. The chicken Alfredo was great, but the "blackened chicken" part is a little of a misdirection for grilled chicken. Amazing fried pickles and jalapeno poppers. Fried mixed vegetables have to be the best side Candace was very helpful and nice. Best waitress I've had in a long time honestly. Brown gravy was the only thing a little lacking but did not take away from the meal.
