Best ice cream in the area. There were 25 people in front of us but it only took 5 minutes to put our order in. The 8 person crew was speedy & terrific. What a great place to work if your looking for a job. They looked like they were enjoying their selves making our ice cream treats as we all were eating it. Kudos to the crew!

What a cute little place!!! Portions were good and it tasted fantastic!!! This was our first time and the only thing I was not okay with is that we ordered a sundae and were automatically given a medium which not only cost more but it was larger than we wanted. We had never been before so we didn't know there different sizes. Love that you can get a taste of any ice cream before you order it. Didn't like that they weren't wearing gloves. I didn't like that at all. Overall experience was great and we'll definitely be going back!

Pleased with my experience here. Went with my boyfriend for a spontaneous dish of ice cream. I got the two scoop sampler (he got the three scoop) and we both enjoyed our choices. The place was packed at 9:40pm on a Saturday night, but we were still served promptly.

Ice cream is always amazing. Long line BUT moves quickly. Went on mothers day and we maybe waited 5 minutes. We had a great time

Daughter loves coming here anytime we get a chance. Lines move quickly and service is friendly. She loves mixing her flavors and staff is wonderful about it!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING EVERYTHING IS AMAZING I LOVE THE WAY IT LOOKS INSIDE AND OUT THE FLAVORS ARE AMAZING I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND EVERYTHING ESPECIALLY THE CHOCOLATE STUFF THE ICE CREAM CAKES ARE AMAZING AS WELL AND FEED A TON OF PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I 100% RECOMMEND AND IT IS WAY BETTER THAN ALL OF THE ICE CREAM PLACES AROUND!!!!!!

The rule is “you are never too full for ice cream”. @mitchellsicecream BING CHERRY CHOCOLATE CHUNK and BLACK RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE CHUNK. What a great combo. The Raspberry tasted like a chocolate cake with raspberry sauce. We went to the Avon Ohio location. They have multiple locations across NE Ohio. This one is curbside Only on a shortened menu. Service was great and Ice Cream was definitely a best bite.

This new location is AMAZING!!!!! It is so clean and so nice! Unfortunately dine in is closed at the moment. However, you can eat outside at their very nice wooden tables. The people that work there were so nice the manager even came outside to take our photo upon our request. Thank you!!
