Taco Bell

Visited today. Along with our 2 meals, I ordered a chips and cheese. Store was clean and orderly. Once we got our food I discovered the cheese container for my chips and cheese was less than half full. Thinking it was a mistake I went to the counter to let them know and showed it to a polite gentleman, he immediately went to get another container. As he was doing that an older woman asked his reason and he let her know why. She immediately told him he wasn't allowed to give it out without charging me for it. He told her the container wasn't even half full and she said that didn't make any difference, she got what she paid for. I guess at that restaurant don't believe the pictures. You won't get anything like the pictures.

I pulled up to the Taco Bell 1 hour before closing time & I saw the employees (All females no surprise there) siting down in the lobby ……… I was at the drive thru for abt a minute & nobody answered. Now as a Mexican I can tell from a mile away they were beaners & not the hardworking type either. Save your money & go to the Taco Bell in Sebring.

It's like 2yr olds cooking, they don't know how to cut a quesadilla at all or cook it in the presser, the 12pack, quesadillas and the crunch wrap was missing half the meat on them, one half of everything had meat and the other half was completely empty, the sodas were foamy and stale tasting, and the manager has absolutely no customer service skills, everyone working on April 6th 2022 at 11:45am needs to be fired since they can't do a simple job which is common sense, and the manager needs to learn customer service but still needs to be fired. It's not that hard to put meat on the food and cut the food the way they was trained when they got hired.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Ordered tacos last night and by the time I got home my bag soaked right through. Once the tacos fell out of the bottom of the bag every taco was mush. Each one was soaked wet and split into mushy pieces. Could not eat it as a normal taco but was like eating a taco nacho. Disgusting meal and I will never return to this place again.
