This is a really pleasant and beautiful place to have a sunset dinner. The ratatouille was so simple, and light, yet comforting. The counter outdoors looks directly out on the ocean, and they have fun wine flights that let you do French wine tasting, which feels rare in California.
Avila Beach feel
Salmon salad was ok, how about a little more than a tablespoon full. Wife and sister said onion soup was good.
Great location and views. Food is simple yet delicious reminiscent of a French bistro. The patio has heaters to keep you warm live music was a special treat. Wine selection was excellent. Great place to people watch and enjoy a lunch or dinner.
Had a good time here quite a while ago. The food was decent, but what sets this place apart was the lovely service we received. I'd also say the outdoor seating in this location offers a great view and it's a good people watching location.
Can only give 5 stars but wish I could give more! From the ocean views and comfortable bistro-style seating to the excellent food and the lovely staff, this place is 💯! We loved everything we ordered and the staff was very knowledgeable of the menu and wine list which we appreciated. French cuisine
This has to be the best French onion soup ever. Not sure Why but it was amazing.
Also great was the bubbling Brie and bread.
As for atmosphere, the outside seating has great heaters during cold days and The view is of course wonderful for a sunset meal.
One of my favorite places to eat … French food, wine, the Pacific Ocean right in front of you - what more could you ask for?
