Best bargain quality seafood with a view on the docks! Skip the downtown Avila Beach tourist trap restaurants and go here! Just minutes from the main beach. Enjoy a peaceful stroll along the pier passing by sea lions, otters, and people on kayaks to the restaurant. Service is professional and prompt. They make sure you get your food right away. Get the classic fish and chips and crab Louis salad because they're delicious and fresh. There is limited seats inside and more outside, so bring a hat and sunglasses. There's also a bar inside.

Food always tastes better outdoors when the weather is sunny and there are great views to be had. The burger I ate at Mersea's was very tasty. I like that they offered a water bowl for my dogs.

Unhurried afternoon in Avila. Busy but not overwhelming with people. Yummy crab cakes & oysters. Freshly made to order Bloody Mary. It was delicious.

Being local to Santa Barbara, we have always missed this little gem on the pier. Now that we have been able to make it, we are now wondering what took so long. "MUST HAVE" - New England Clam Chowder and the Shrimp and Chips. With food this good we will go back. But, we will "SHARE" a plate because lots of good food is served here. Best Chowder we have had on the south coast, the best shrimp I've ever had, hands down, well flavored too.

Definitely a local vibe where everyone knows everyone but still very accommodating to tourists. We biked here every day of our stay in Avila. Good food for a fair price. Sit at the bar for the best service. Everything we ordered was delicious.

Restaurant is right on the pier with outdoor seating and beautiful views of Avila. It can get busy and parking is limited on the pier so you’ll most likely have to park further and walk. Their seafood combo plate is always good and they turn out food rather quickly to the table.

Service is great. Fresh seafood, good portions and it has a bar. What more can you ask for. It has indoor and outdoor seating. Been coming here post covid. Still very good fried seafood. Services is great. fried ousters, calamari, onion rings are a bomb. Must try.

Best spot in Avila area for on the water views of seals & sea otters! Just a short walk down the pier but there is some (very little) parking on the pier’s end if you need to drive. Easy seating inside or out. Seafood dishes were delicious and vibe is very chill and relaxing. We had crab cakes, Crab Louie salad, and blackened fish dishes. This is a must-try place!

Nice relaxing place to eat. Everyone we dealt with was great, even though they were busy. We found a sunny spot outside and enjoyed the fish and chips and beautiful view. Lots of seals, otters, pelicans, seagulls, and other interesting things to look at. Limited Parking is available way out on the wooden plank pier. A friendly Officer was giving parking tickets, so be sure you pay and put receipt on your dashboard.

Nice little spot at the end of the pier. Busy but still able to find a spot if you wait a few minutes. Can get it to go or seat yourself inside or outside. Outside has more seats. Service was quick and friendly. Food was great. I got the clam chowder and fried oysters and chips. I was impressed with the clam chowder and the oysters were great.

This place is a hidden gem!!! Very good food. Most friendly servers. Great outdoor seating with a prime view of watching sea lions interact and argue lol. Also great viewing of all the boats as it is right on the pier. Was told Fridays get packed at the bar area and on Sundays, they have a band that plays from 11am to 3pm! Definitely will be back to catch it. Also this a great place for kiddos to eat.
