Review Burger King - Avenel

Got 2 meals. Gave us the wrong drink. I went back to get the correct ones as I am a diabetic, and the shift manager was rude. Wouldn't correct the mistake. Brushed me off and walked away. Never came back to resolve it, and spoke down to me. The worst. Making it seem like I was trying to steal soda? An absolute joke.

I can't believe that the manager at this store has to do both front counter and drive thru at the same time. Maybe if they would pay more, ppl would want to work. The lady manager is so good and does pretty good, even by herself. I feel bad for her. She really tries her best!!

I was there around 9 pm today 04/15/2022. The attendant here was not only rude but misbhaved also. She was literally abusing customer. I am shocked how someone on job can do that. Burgerking management should look into this.

This rating would of been 5 stars if it wasn't for the rude miserable African American lady who was just nasty. I was ordering the food and wasn't even done ordering. Overall burger Kings impossible burger was amazing and so was the big fish its sad to see great restaurants like this have to be rated low because of employees who are miserable with their lives... you don't like your job quit ...leave...F offf.

Worst customer service. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN MINUS if I could. Rude servers. They were literally sweating on us while we were with kid because we asked for paper napkins more than they already gave (which was 5 napkins). Listning this my kid got scared and started crying so I left the place. As soon as I reached out of door, the servers came out and started swearing which did not make any sense to me. I asked them for their managers name they said we do not know our manager, asked for customer care number they said find yourself I don't care. Attached the receipt to show everyone I am not bluffing.

The employees were rude. The worst customer service I have ever had. The food was terrible. I do not recommend going to this restaurant. The management needs to correct this terrible situation.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars, because the food is made well and the restaurant is neat & clean, but some of the drive thru staff after 7pm are so rude. One woman in particular always seems annoyed to be taking your order. 😑. Getting nuggets? She'll forget the sauce & then give you an attitude if you ask for it. Today she literally SHOVED it into my hand. Overall poor customer service

Had worst experience of my fast food life here. the drive thru girl was super rude and confrontational for no reason at all.actually had to leave without placing my order for fear that she would spit in it and go down the street to McDonald's. I truly wish for her to be fired cause customer service is not her thing.theres dozens of bad reviews that I can only imagine are her

My service & food was ok ... but my problem was the assistance manager the refuse to count 59 cents in change the an elderly handicap person gave her for the cup of coffee ... I find that to b very rude & disrespectful on her behalf . I know alot of the staff there & i have never seen any other employee ever be that rude in my 30 yrs of coming here

All my food was cold and when they replaced it it was cold again!

No problem with my visir. Cashier was nice and the whopperrito was fresh and hot. Restaurant was clean.

One of the best in my area. Little slow at times they tend to just take care of drive thru and not take Care of inside orders.
