Chicken cheese steak is very tasty but chicken is just a touch dry; fries are great! Sausage & cheese omelette special perfectly cooked, same for home fries.
Again, staff is friendly, polite, attentive; kudos to the young man!

I absolutely love this place, and I love the people that work there. Super funny and sweet and kind, just an all around win for sure. If you're looking to splurge get the big kahuna which is crab meat and hollandaise sauce with two poached eggs? Heaven.

We had an excellent breakfast at Brian's waffle house. I had the potato pancakes which were really delicious comes with a side of bacon sour cream and Apple sauce. My wife had the yogurt parfe but lots of giant blueberries in it. The service was great the food was great and altogether beautiful morning . By the way our server was Rose and she did a great job.

Better than average waffles, fun staff. A good place if you want food much fancier than waffles. Right on Dune St (Ave?) and thus central to a bunch of other commerce and a short walk to the beach. The only reason it is not five stars is it is a bit pricey (as we would expect from a beach side cafe).

I like Brian's, the food is good but they refused to charge me less for my potato pancakes without the side of bacon. I do not eat meat and shouldn't be forced to pay $13 for three smaller potato pancakes without bacon.

Brian's always manages to get their customers taken care of. You won't wait long to get a table. The food is good and hot. Prices are in line with shore prices. I personally enjoy the coffee refill to go that they offer after your meal. Pictured is Brian's Big Bonanza. Enjoy!!
