Don't come here if you have pets or don't feel like being yelled at. My husband and I swung through Austin, NV on our way to Lake Havasu and because of the cute vacancy sign and high reviews we decided to give this place a shot. We parked and started walking to the office and a woman came out in her bathrobe and asked if we had a dog? We said yes and she snapped back "Don't let it out and you need to leave to now!" We were just kinda stunned and said ok, hopped back in to car and drove next door, walked up to their office to be greeted by a super pleasant lady and in and out and in our room in 5 minutes. Go next door you'll be treated like you didn't break any rules and it's a slightly closer walk to the convenience store next door! Win! Win!

Great place. Super friendly, helpful owner/staff, Sarah, a former long haul trucker. You get the feeling that she wants every guest to have a great stay and is totally available to guests. Rooms are small (cozy!) but very clean and everything works. And the price is right!

This is the only place I stayed ever that the sheets and pillow cases smelled clean. I highly recommend it. Don't be deceived by the appearance

Wonderful little place. Small but very cozy rooms. Serta mattresses, so it was a great night's sleep. Owner/host is wonderful. Full of charm. Microwave, refrigerator, & HD TV (with Direct TV) In rooms. Very affordable for such a great place. Will definitely stay again when in Austin, NV!

Cozy Mountain Is a travelers motel that has been maintained and is now being upgraded. Though small, it is comfortable with excellent TV and WiFi and nice linens. The owner went out of her way to make my visit pleasant and a stay here is recommended.

Just checked in and I'm pleasantly surprised and pleased with my room. While my room is small, it's clean, comfortable and the heater works great. It has a good sized flat screen TV and DirecTV. The front desk staff is pleasant, friendly and helpful. If you find yourself in the Loneliest Road in America, I recommend you stay in Austin at the Cozy Mountain Motel.
