This particular one was horrible wait time for ordering and getting my food. 30 mins together and only one person ahead of me. Once I got my food it was cold and soggy. Definitely picked the wrong day to crave burger King.
Their service is the worst!!! 20mins wait plus they give you the wrong orders or change. Older lady came to the drive through window with Mayo all over her LIPS DISGUSTING.
The chicken and onion rings weren't cooked fully and when we came back for a refund they were very rude and unprofessional about it. We had almost all the food and gave it back to them. I'm glad we aren't from here because we would never go back to this place ever again!!
If you come here after breakfast you will sit at the order and never get a chance to order. No communication what so ever for 10 Minutes! This has happened 3 times now.
Food and customer service were fine, however, the speed of the drive through was terribly slow. There was a single vehicle in front of me when I arrived, yet it took nearly 15 minutes for me to get my food after ordering, and 7 minutes for the lady to take my order.
