Wow this is the best 7-11 I’ve ever visited. The store was exceptionally clean, even the bathrooms. The shelves were well stocked despite there being so many shortages. I can tell they are short staffed but they still try their best and that’s something that EVERYONE SHOULD APPRECIATE.

Worst 7-11 ever. Always out of stock. They are now switching out all the doors to the drinks right in the MIDDLE OF THE DAY so you can't get drinks.

Shanti was friendly and helpful despite the long lines that her manager, or some guy short older dark hair, came out and saw the long line only to go back into the office and leave her by herself! You would think that when a manager sees a line backed up to the door and almost out it he would step in to help....

I recently pulled up to this 7-11 and had thrown something very important in the trash. The woman inside said the employee had just taken all the trash out. I seen him taking his break and asked if he had thrown the bag out and he said yes. Then he offered to jump into the trash can and sift through the bags for me. No one has ever done something so kind for me at a retail store. Thanks Nate, you deserve a raise!!

This morning I went to this store and asked for 2 of the kolaches and only received one however she charged me for 2 and they are not answering the phone. She also scan my items a second time. I believe that I am being over charged every time I go into this location. I don't understand why she scans my items twice instead of one time. Then she doesn't want to give a receipt. I have been calling them to let them know of the mistake but no one is answering the telephone. Now I don't think this is a mistake I think it was on purpose. The lady cashier in the mornings on Fridays is very rude. She didn't want to give me a bag and told me to take a paper bag that was too small for my items.

Man, it's pretty clear some of the people reviewing here don't have basic manners and have probably never worked a retail job in their life. Every time I come in here I never have a problem, but I just witnessed a man come in screaming at the cashier because his pump didn't work. When she stood up for herself two other people started attacking her for refusing to be yelled at for something that's not even her fault. I commend the manager for sticking up for her against these rude people and maybe they should realize the world doesn't revolve around them. Maybe if you didn't come in screaming, people would be willing to help you! Just a tip ;)
