Fantastic BBQ food truck next door to Last Stand Brewing Co. on Paul's Valley. The meat is the star of the show here and everything is so tender that they don't even have knives out for use!! We had their brisket, pulled pork, and half-rack of ribs. The rub is excellent and the smoke doesn't overpower the balance of flavors. The sauce is also a great addition in that it has a bit of sweetness and a hint of heat with what looks to be red pepper flakes. Definitely worth a stop if you're anywhere nearby Fitzhugh Road!

Sorry I don't have any pics of the food....it was so good looking I had to try it, but then I couldn't stop. Stop in. Have some bark! Plenty of parking and drink choices nearby. Food truck next to last stand brewery.

Was lucky enough to sample some of the most melt-in-your-mouth brisket last weekend! Absolutely delicious, and hands down the best I've had in years! Pair that with their Kansas City beans, and you'll be left wondering why you've never heard of this place before. Situated on Last Stand Brewery's spot, there are plenty of options for a cold adult beverage too!
