I'm not one to boast about a chain sandwich shop... because the product is pretty much standard throughout... and the subs were good.. as good as at any Subway. What made this one stand out was the staff. My kids and I went there after an afternoon at Austin's The Thinkery. My kids asked to go to this particular Subway because they said the staff was awesome. I pensively went along with them (when you get both kids to agree on a place to eat that isn't pizza... you go with it). I have to admit, I've never felt so welcome. Bonus.. our "Sandwich Artist" engaged with the kids.. and talked to them like a friend... and listened. It was fairly amazing. I can't believe I'm typing this... but I can't wait to go back to this Subway.

Placed the order online with the app, which I love. The subs were made but not bagged...so...yeah, couple minute wait....but still.....that last little step! Important!!! Otherwise everything was fresh and tasted great! Was second time ordering to go here, will have to eat in one of these days.

Retrain your staff. IDK why, but the boy behind the counter refused to put roast beef on a club sandwich...when I asked him to, he said it was there in between the other meats. I got my sandwich and checked...it was not. I had to ask his coworker to put roast beef on the club...retrain your staff.

Tariq was amazing. Capital plaza was lazy and kicked us out so we went here. This guy, after working alone for 5 straight hours, no break , took time to put love into our sandwiches!!

I work at torchys right next door to this place. As I was getting off work I decided to go get something to eat here and the sign said open the door was locked with no one in their and on a Sunday 8:55pm when the sign clearly said Sunday open til 10pm 🤔 I was like what😑! Not cool they should fire that person 4 leaving early or whatever!😑

They never seem to have enough staff, always only have 1 person at the counter when I go in so there's constantly a line. Takes 20 minutes every time I go in. Then they still go slow while making the sandwich with no regard to the people waiting on them.

I love subway and their healthy subs. What a variety of veggies to put on the subs!!!!!!! I like the daily specials too at a cheap price but very good value.!!!!!

Worst subway ever. Employees were clearly not interested in serving food. They were throwing veggies on my sandwich like they throw trash in dustbin. Never ever gonna go back there.
