Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! This is now the 3rd time we’ve had issues with this location and it will definitely be our last. We placed an order online for our mother-in-law to pick up for our kids after school treat. When she arrived at this location the woman seemed completely irritated and extremely rude. My mother-in-law noticed that the pizzas did not have our name on it and the woman brushed it off and said they are our pizzas. Once she got them to our house we realized none of the pizzas were what we ordered and there was no soda. We all tried calling several times and waited on hold for over 45 minutes. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED. So now trying to figure where our $50 worth of pizza is all the while our kids are starving and disappointed. Never again. This location should just close down.

Ordered delivery online, they reported a 3 hour delay before delivery.
No option online to cancel the order. Calling the store's phone number is useless. Selecting the option to speak to a store manager resulted in being on hold until I have up. While on hold I drove to the restaurant to walk inside so I could check on the order and decided to cancel as they were so swamped with orders that they were still 2 hours away from making my order.
I don't blame them for the labor shortage where they can only produce so many pizzas an hour. I'm sure they were glad to cancel my order and lose my business. That's a positive for them, one less pizza they have to be burdened with having to make.
I ended up driving down the road to Marco's where it was ready in 6 minutes.

I would not recommend ordering from this location. After waiting for more than 2 hrs the order got cancelled without any reason. I called them and they said "Oh yeah! It got cancelled". It turned out it was a customer service center - even when I called that one location. They offer to transfer me to that specific location to ask as to why they cancelled the order, I accepted and got transferred, just to wait and wait until the call hung up. I called again and got no answer. It's a shame you can't select which location to deliver your pizza when you have 2 of them almost at the same distance.

I'm not alone. Read the reviews. They have outsourced their phone ordering and they can no longer help you. The phone service says they can take your order, but have no power to give you refunds. They know enough to call me by name when I call and I didn't give them my name. But, they won't help. They keep hanging up on. me. This is the rudest I have ever been treated in my life by any customer service and I have personally worked with some fantastic call centers. This phone service they are using is a scam and they are taking your money.
I placed an online order.. Waited hours. Spent my lunch break calling and being told I was being forwarded and then getting hung up on. I never could get anyone in the store. The pizza finally arrived, but it was the wrong pizza.
There is no way to get a refund. They just keep hanging up on me. I guess it's go down in person or give up. Never again, Papa Johns.

Always a great experience for carry out. Wait time range between is usually 25-35 min, which is worth the wait. Plan ahead! Same employee always working hard handling orders & in store pick ups. Very patient & he’s always the only employee in the store while providing orders for his drivers. Please be patient with this location’s employees, they are understaffed & working as hard as they can. Customer service is great, & food is always perfect!

My wife and I order from this location occasionally and usually have no problems but we did have an issue on our latest pick-up order. I tried calling after inspecting the pizza at home but waited on hold for 5 minutes. I ended up giving up on the call since it was getting close to midnight and didn't want to have it remade & to have to go pick it up again. I took some photos of the food, a screenshot of phone call wait time and decided to worry about it later. I went by the store this afternoon and spoke with Jack about the situation, he was very friendly and helped resolve the issue. Great customer service from him and this is the first issue we've had after living down the street for over a year. For any other customers reading this: Mistakes happen and time are tough on the service industry right now so don't be a jerk.

Ordered a cheese pizza and a skillet cookie for delivery, received Buffalo wings and a skillet cookie instead. We hate Buffalo. So we never would have ordered that. When I called the store to get either a refund or the correct order, my call got rerouted to a call center who said they couldn’t help us. And when I called the number that they told me to call, I was left on hold for well over an hour. Pretty ridiculous that it’s so difficult to get ahold of the store and to get such a simple order so wrong. I just wanted a cheese pizza, man. Shouldn’t be this hard.

I've mostly never had issues with this location, but my most recent order was stuck in the "making" stage of the app for a while (around 20 mins) so I called the customer service number to see if I could get an actual update. They were able to tell me the store was still open (my fault for placing the order so late) and that my order was actively being worked on. My driver was super nice when dropping off the food as well. (All of my drivers have been awesome)
I think only once has my order not been on the same quality as the others, but in my opinion it was okay enough to over look.
My order was late but it was still warm and freshly made.
It seems they're a bit short staffed so those currently working there definitely deserve a raise. Keep up the hard work! I see some reviews stating a merge with door dash causing delayed delivery times so just be aware of that, but I think all of my drivers have been employees of Papa Johns.
My only real suggestion to help make things run smoother is to add a way to text the store generic messages through the app even if it's after hours if you have an active order so you can get updates, but that's more of an app review than this store's performance.
