The drive-thru line here can be long and/or slow but that's not the store's fault. The line is slow because people take FOREVER to place their order. C'mon people, it's Taco Bell, you know what they got so speed it up! I've only been here for lunch and every time the service is friendly and the food
This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever received and attempted to eat. I literally couldn’t eat the two soft tacos i ordered. It tasted horrible, so bad i had to spit it out. Like it has been sitting by a garbage can under a light for hours. The “soft” tacos were very hard. My chicken quesadil
The manager was working with just one employee, the inside was closed and the drive thru line was long, BUT her positive attitude made it worth it. I don't know how you can stay so positive under all that stress but way to go! The world needs more people like you!
My friend treated me. I didn't notice if the inside was open, it looked dark. We went through the drive thru and took it to go eat in the vehicle. The service was fast and the guy at the window was polite and the food was good. 😊
I went there early this morning to pick up a couple of Uber orders. Waited in the drive-through for almost 40 minutes, only to be told that they do not do Uber eats after midnight. So just be aware that if you order Uber eats, you’re not getting anything from them after midnight. Completely unprofes
In the drive through line for 15 min before deciding to just go into the restaurant. Get out of line and and lose my place to find out they're not open on the inside. No signs, nothing to say "we're closed." Don't care what the reason is, not hard to put up a sign.
I don’t care about the 45 minute drive thru wait line but I simply just asked for more mild sauce because I got 3 bean burritos for 3 other people and they only gave me 4, and the lady at the window told me that’s all she could give .. .? in doors were locked but I literally go there for their sauce
Horrible customer service. I was walking up to the location to pick up my pre ordered food from the app, that I SET for pick up in store, and a worker tried telling me I had to go through drive thru. He let me in since it was ready, but the workers were extremely rude, yelling how they couldn’t find
