Totally jacked up my order about 30 min ago. I live in manor and to far to go back. I noticed they messed up when I asked for 2 kids meals and they gave me one drink. Tried to get the guys attention but was ignored. Once he came to give me our food I was polite and said it was supposed to be 2 kids
Ordered the grilled cheese and received a grilled mayonnaise instead :/ this is thee first of many times I've ordered this and it's came out like this. Still ate it but wasn't appetizing due to only tasting the ungodly amount of mayo
!!!!DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! they steal your money and mess up your order, it's not the first time for me either. Me and my family are not coming back I'm tired of wanting a decent meal and just opening the bag to see items missing please!! Always check your bags because 9/10 they will mess something up.
Came up to the window and had to give them my order twice I love jack but this one need to get better employees
I went by today and I understand it can be busy sometimes but I was only two cars in front of me the person speaking in the drive-through is not professional I had to tell her three times that I am still ordering she told me drive up please and I said I’m still ordering I get to the Window she tells
The employee are just on there phone and then they don't even give u the right f order, when I go back I better get a full refund!
Long line but they handled the crowd in a timely manner.
Ever since this person Jose started working there everything has been a change I don't know who this guy is but he's fast and make sure my fries are fresh and he looks handsome always presentable very polite as well.
