Great visit! I'm so glad it was cool and clean. Food fresh, accurate order, and then watched a little TV while we waited for a bit for an appointment. Thank you for your time serving us!🙋♀️🙏🥰🍟🍔🥤
They don't provide a receipt with drive thru orders nor seem to comprehend how to do so upon request even. Staff has a horrible attitude and I'm pretty sure they overcharged/ripped me off. Wendy's as a company has a culture of just never getting your order right. The order accuracy at all Wendy's is just really appalling. Given wrong drink, wrong items, mayo when I said none, etc etc. I keep saying 'oh, surely it'll be fine this time, I haven't been in two years!' Nope. Never visiting
This was by far the worst Wendy's ever. Dirty, no customer service, and food was bad. The French fries did not look like Wendy's fries.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Hope the other Wendy's are not like this one. Might have ruined Wendy's altogether for us.
The old Hispanic lady with bright red hair was SUPER rude to me for no reason. No reason I should get attitude and have her rolling her eyes at me for being nothing but a polite customer. Never going back to this location!
