This location is so horrible. That is a picture of the number 1 I ordered. That’s not the worse part. I get to the window to pay for my food the lady in the window is cussing up a storm. Even cussing when talking to me holding my transaction. I’m guessing her Rocio.. terrible service.

I think staff are nice once I get to the window, kind of fast for us to order. They are getting better at what they can to provide what I order. It is always closing early and don’t have shakes when I order. I order a meal (burger and fries) and when I came home I saw that there was just egg rolls?

I don't go to Jack in The box anymore or any fast food for that matter but I am a delivery driver and your online still says 24 hours but I know that you're not open 24 hours. Why oh why do you not have somebody to carry the orders out to the delivery drivers? Your drive-thru would flow much faster

Literally waited 30 minutes for my food. If someone were at the window I would've canceled my order and got my money back but noone was around. Idk where they went but it was as if noone was working. Update: received my food, headed home, opened my food and my chicken is black, so burnt 😑

one store canceled my order that another store received. (this store) what I got has nothing to do with what I ordered plus the bottom of the hamburger bun was on top so congratulations, I will never order anything from here again.
