We went around 3:00 on a Saturday. Soccer was on the TV, maybe 4 other customers, one waitress. Service was very relaxed (if you want water, be sure to ask for it), but it's a casual atmosphere and we weren't in a hurry. I really liked the Enchiladas Potosi, and the Queso Flameado was exactly as advertised: if you want something in the cheese, be sure to ask for it. The menu, which is different than what is shown online, has a massive platter called the Aztec Calendar that looks great for parties.
