Apartment complex is well maintained and clean, the units have wonderful finishes. The community is very dog friendly and the location is incredible. Worked with Adan when we moved in who has been incredible, timely responses, very knowledgeable and very evident he wants the best for the community.

You can’t beat the location here. 5 minutes to downtown and right on the water/waterfront trail. It’s great if you’re a runner, do frequent dog walks or are just generally active. I plan on getting a SUP as there’s a dock for residents. The amenities are great and everything is well kept and clean.
