It's mainly a drive-thru. You can walk-in to order but there is no seating. It's super small inside. It's pretty old but convenient if you want fast food 24 hours.

Went through the drive thru around midnight and Meagan gave amazing customer service. She’s funny and was patient when I couldn’t figure out what I wanted. I know people hardly say nice things but I wanted to make sure she gets recognition for her awesome personality and customer service. Plus our food was hot and fresh… Thank you. Only bad thing was a crazy homeless person harassing and knocking on windows in the drive thru.

Breakfast was great- English muffins, fried egg, sausage and cheese and potato wedges. I wanted chili cheese fries actually, but it wasn't up and running! I had my C-PCT test that morning and was starving! Be prepared- it's not dangerous, but I did donate my tea, $4 in the drive thru to a homeless lady. Gave her some quick education after she said she was diabetic and drinks Mountain Dew and eats honey buns! It's all I could do. Help out those that are struggling, folks! You're downtown, so keep your head up.

So, the lady running the store was the only employee there and was working the drive thru, she was awesome. It took a little time, but it was really the best burger I have ever had from Wendy's. All I want to say is the woman who was single handedly running g the store needs a raise!!! Thank you for a great lunch!

They get your food done pretty fast. I like the fries here and the baconator is also good. The area has some homeless and under construction so it can get busy.

If you're ever in the Austin downtown area and feeling hungry...avoid the Wendy's at 7th and Ih-35. It never fails...homeless always coming to your driver window staring at you begging for food or money while waiting in line. Today his buddy was sitting on the steps of the Wendy's smoking a fat blunt. Wendy's needs to do better.

There is no lobby so you have to eat in your car, and if you do park in their parking lot to eat then people approach your window asking for food or money. Not scared of the homeless but I would like to eat without being bothered.

I LOVE this location! I never have any problems! I hope they read this so they can do something about it! I rated yall 3 stars for 1 reason in particular. ... IF I WANTED SALTY FRIES, I WOULD HAVE WENT TO MCDONALD'S! The last few times I went the fries were soooo salty I either tried wiping them with a napkin to get some of that off or I didn't eat them! Don't shake so much with the salt shaker and yall have my 5 star back!
