Ordered Pickup Large thin crust, bold pepperoni, ham, bacon, green peppers, pineapple, mild peppers, butter flavor crust It came out excellent and toasted just right Pizza itself is delicious and ingredients seem excellent quality. Everyone there friendly too Definitely gonna stick with this place

I had a fantastic customer service experience with Kirsten at the Jet's pizza on Brodie lane today. My wife placed a pick up order online at the store on Congress, but didn't tell me it was under my name instead of hers. When I went to pick it up, obviously, there was no order in the system. So, I assumed I was at the wrong store, and decided to go to the one on Brodie. Kirsten figured out the problem by asking if it was under a different name. Instead of making me go all the way back to the other store, she simply made a fresh pizza so that I could get home faster. Kirsten is a shining example of why I recommend Jet's pizza to everyone!!!

Jet’s Pizza is simply the best!! I tried their pizza for the first time this past weekend. Their traditional pies and their Detroit style pies are both fantastic. If you’re a crust lover like me, definitely try the Detroit style. It’s a dream. Their ranch is a hit too! Despite the delicious food, their service also goes above and beyond. Months and months ago, having never bought their pizza, I called Jets asking if they sold their pizza dough raw. It was New Year’s Eve and my boyfriend and I’s plans for the evening consisted of making homemade pizza. Apparently this is a popular activity on nye, as I went to 3 grocery stores and all 3 were sold out of pizza dough. While Jets could not sell me their dough due to health and safety reasons, their manager spoke to me on the phone for 5 minutes and walked me through the process of making the dough from scratch. And let me tell you, it turned out AMAZING!! When the employees go above and beyond to help someone who isn’t even a paying customer, I’d say you’ve found a good place. Thank you Jets! Can’t wait to eat some more of your pizza.
