I have been here several times. I actually like their pizza (while others just go because it is cheaper).
Last night I went here to get Italian Cheese Bread, a Hot-N- Ready Large Pepperoni, and a Pepperoni Deep Dish. I was not the only customer so I understand I need to wait until everyone who ordered before me.
While the wait for the food took almost 30 minutes, the cashier was having issues too. Yes, new people have some experience to gain. She seemed to have issues making a drop (too much money in the cash register and it won't allow any more sales until money is put in the safe). Unfortunately this issue held up 5 customers while I was waiting for my food for about 5 minutes.
I am happy when my food is finally ready and the cashier hands me the order.
Only issue for me was the cashier was quiet, quiet until she had to yell out what the order was to the crew making the pizza. Well, that and the wait, but people before me seemed to order a bunch of food so I do understand. The waiting space seemed clean. The soda fridge for the 2 liter drinks was reaching the "We get our shipment of sodas tomorrow" mark, which didn't seem like an issue for a majority of people who came through.

The service is improving, the manager at night has won my business back because she pays attention to detail and helped me the day the newbies flubbed up bigtime. Its not always easy running a business when its getting harder to find good workers. My last 3 visits the pizza was very fresh and well made. We always order ours cooked well done, and will be going back.

This little ceasars is the best! I have never had a bad experience at this location. The store is very clean which is important to me. Every time I visit the hot and ready pizza is Always hot and ready. They fill me in on the new promotions going on and new pizzas available. The manager is very polite and seems to handle her team with ease. Every employee has a smile and eager to help. It never fails I leave with a smile myself and exactly what I came for.

We love this little ceasers! It's a bit longer of a drive but we always come to this one because they are the only location who truly always have Hot - N - Ready pizzas to go! Not to mention the nice people that work here :)
