Went for a salad and the drive thru Gladys was awesome and mad suggestions for me to customize my salad but I stuck with the southwest.
This is not a place I come to at all but I was on lunch and really hungry. I was really just here for the curly fries assuming they only had burgers. I appreciate that they had a grilled chicken option which was ok, could be better. In all, I had a good meal so thank you.
The food is never going to be top notch, well, except for the tacos. The employees are always friendly, helpful and don't seem to hate their jobs, which is kinda rare in fast food, especially in the middle of the night.
The chicken sandwich was surprisingly good. I'm taking one star of for that Coca Cola freestyle machine that is always out of more than half of the flavors. I have no problems with this place. I only grab a chicken sandwich and that's it. No issues, just your typical fast food place.
Food is par. Noticed that online orders of the box meals have had increasingly small side portions. In store service is good but slow at odd hours. The music is very meh but the decor and cleanliness is pretty good. Never had anything totally wrong with my order, so for its price everything is ok.
Food was actually cooked perfect and order was correct but service was somewhat lacking.
When going thru the drive thru please tell employees to add more than 2 taco sauces for 2 angry monster tacos and for the love of all that is holy....NAPKINS
Sure, it's just a Jack in the Box, but this location has the best and friendliest service at a fast food place I've experienced since Covid hit. The ladies here are always smiling and seem to truly be enjoying themselves. Always an enjoyable break for lunch here.
A little slow taking my order and my fries were barely warm.
It's fast food, better than average and not to busy.
I don't pretend. This place has good "snacks" and is staffed by people who are tired and deserve a break. I crave the damn tacos and the heavily processed burgers. The sides are what you imagine Snoop would make and it's enough to get you through the next level.
Ands down service was by far the best. I believe his name was deris at the front counter. He a unique, genuine, caring and passionate individual who clearly enjoys his job and cares about his responsibilities and duties made my evening after a rough day.
