A bit busy on Thanksgiving day, which was surprising; but the staff were friendly and quick. They worked effectively and efficiently with positive attitudes!
I’m giving a 5/5 rating because the drive thru is fast and the service is great but the atmosphere gets a 2/5 because many of the customers are rude and it creates such a toxic environment. Y’all need to get some manners! Some people are so harsh on these baristas for the dumbest reasons! Grow up!
Quick and efficient drive thru. Clean and comfortable inside. It's a perfect spot for pickup orders. I put my order in when I'm checking out and Randall's and then pick up my coffee for the ride home.
This is one of my favorite two Starbucks in the greater Austin region to include another in Kyle, TX.
Love Starbucks and especially when they have peppermint mocha drinks. I think they need to bring them back. I love how all the employees are always friendly and dressed up for any holiday.
However this location gets busy and runs out of certain pasteries a lot.
I have some drinks I like to get regularly and every once in a while I will try something new. My favorites are the cafe americano with caramel syrup, cream, and 3 Splenda. So I tried ordering through the app for the first time....and it was perfect...I ordered when I was by the HEB on slaughter and by the time I got to this location my drink was waiting on me...sooooo perfect!!!! This location is super fast at a busy time!!!! (around 9:20am)

The workers at this Starbucks are so friendly and fun! You can tell they are busy and working hard to get drinks out quickly, but they will still take the time to say hello! They are great and I trust them to make my drink delicious every time!

Most Starbucks shops are at the least, accommodating. This particular store is fantastic. They are always polite, pleasant, and friendly. Typical food and coffee quality. Staff seemed a bit stressed and perhaps didn't realize they were kind of cold and snappy when I engaged with them. Except one woman who was at the cash register... She was awesome! Totally gave good advice on the new holiday coffees.
The coffee is always good. No over made or mediocre flavored coffee. 9 out of 10 times you get exactly what you ordered. The building layout is cozy with room to move about. They are up to date with app ordering and are usually quick to fill your order.

Not a lot of space to drive when it's packed as there is a lot of places around always getting customers. The Starbucks itself has never been a problem for me, nice, clean, food and drinks are good as always. I've gone a few times to do work and had no problems, always really calm and friendly.
This Starbucks rocks my world!! They are the best in Austin. They all know my name and make it a point to be the best in town.
