Oh my goodness. The FOOD!!! After the wedding when we asked people their favorite party nearly everyone said the food provided by Gourmet Gals was their absolute favorite part - and I would agree. We had a nearly entirely gluten free menu to accommodate my needs, but it didn’t feel like anything was lacking. Everything was delicious and looked delicious on the plate. From appetizers to the main course everything was amazing and I really wish I could cook like that!!!

Sherri & her team are amazing! Such delicious food at our wedding - our guests couldn’t stop raving about their meal! Great communication and Sherri helped us with some ideas for our wedding based off of her catering experience. Highly recommend Gourmet Gals for your wedding!!

Cassandra and the entire Gourmet Gals team was so great! Cassandra made my wedding planning go so smoothly by answering all of my questions, and being so willing to work together around my busy schedule. The food was fabulous (our guests are still talking about it a month later), and they even boxed up a whole 2nd dinner for my husband and I to enjoy in privacy the next night. Everything was so perfect! The handwritten note after our wedding was the icing on the cake- how thoughtful! Thank you, Gourmet Gals!

Cassandra, along with her team, was not only professional every step of the way but always available, kind and ready to offer advice as we planned our rehearsal dinner. The food was delicious, and Gourmet Gals was willing to go above and beyond to accommodate the special dietary needs of our guests. They offered great flexibility in customizing a menu specific to our event! We had to arrange our event from out of town, but Cassandra made it so easy to plan to the smallest detail, even from afar. Cassandra was patient and offered ideas for making our evening just right. Everything was done promptly and above my expectations. It was perfect!

I cannot say enough great things about the Gourmet Gals. They catered the food for our wedding and we are still receiving compliments on it. We wanted three total different food stations and Gourmet Gals worked with us to bring that to life. They offered suggestions and worked with us every step of the way to create the menu AND to also stay within budget. The food itself was delicious and very accommodating to any food restrictions. Highly recommend to anyone wanting delicious food for a reasonable price!

Gourmet gals catered our wedding late last year. Cassandra was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process- we thought the pricing was very reasonable, and they were incredibly accommodating with our needs and short timetable. The food was wonderful (we have not stopped hearing the glowing reviews from our guests), the staff friendly and professional, and everything went perfectly at the wedding itself (at least in regards to the catering). I would overall recommend them for any catering needs.

My (now) husband and I had a hard time finding the right caterers for our wedding, but when we found Gourmet Gals, we were so, so glad we had taken our time. Their food was AMAZING. We received so many, many compliments about it. One guest asked us after the wedding if they were a restaurant they could visit regularly. Most importantly, they were wonderful to work with. Cassandra was communicative and respectful of my time. She called when she said she would, and responded promptly to any emails or questions I had. She also helped save my bacon by realizing that I had sent her dietary restriction numbers but had neglected to include my own mother in the Vegan totals. (In my and my husband's immediate family - just siblings and parents - we had vegetarian, vegan, celiac, and a poultry allergy. Gourmet Gals had us covered and we couldn't be happier.)

Gourmet Gals did our wedding in January and they were absolutely phenomenal! From the tastings, (where they genuinely listened to what we were looking for), to months of prep leading up, to the actual wedding day they were professional and kind. We were so impressed we even had them do our rehearsal dinner! They were so helpful in figuring out exactly how much to order and finding dishes that everyone at the wedding would enjoy (including gluten free and vegetarian options). Their sauces were particularly good. I was sad afterwards because I wanted more and then we were surprised with an extra two meals packed up and waiting for us! The extra touches and effort made the day perfect. If you are looking for a caterer you won't regret Gourmet Gals!

We had a wonderful experience with Gourmet Gals at our wedding this October. The team was accessible, easy to work with, and did a fabulous job accommodating all of our requests (including working with allergies)! Our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about the food, and we are beyond happy with our choice of vendors. Thank you all for everything.

Gourmet Gals catered my daughter's wedding this past Saturday night (3.16.2013). I would like to tell you that not only was I impressed with the food and presentation, but so were ALL the guests. I had so many people come to me during the reception to tell me how amazing the food tasted, especially the crab cakes. Having gone through a wedding for my other daughter six months ago, I can truly attest to the fact that Gourmet Gals is a number ONE catering vendor, which I am sure can please every bride. Secondly, I would like you to know that Sherri Le Wicker and her staff are wonderful to work with. Sherri was extremely flexible, accommodating and patient, as well as one of the most genuine people who wants to work with you to make your day special. Fortunately I do not have any more daughters to marry off, but if I did, Gourmet Gals would be my caterer. We used Gourmet Gals for our rehearsal dinner and wedding and I would highly, highly recommend them! First, the food is absolutely delicious - we had multiple guests from both nights rave about how good the food was. Second, their service is phenomenal. Delaney was so incredibly responsive to my many emails and calls - and she also worked with my mother-in-law to help her with the rehearsal dinner. Delaney was so flexible and accommodating - we had several guests with food allergies (nut allergies, gluten, dairy etc.) and several vegetarian guests - she handled it all flawlessly. The chicken and steak entrees we had were delicious - but the vegetarian entree options Gourmet Gals created for both nights blew our minds - most caterers don't seem to do vegetarian entrees very well (or treat them like an afterthought) - but GG did an amazing job! They were super professional - from the servers to the chef, the staff was so friendly and on the ball. And - they provided all this amazing food, catering and planning within our budget. I recommend Gourmet Gals without any reservations. Thank you to Delaney and her team for helping make our wedding a huge success!!

Delaney and the whole crew at GG was fantastic on all levels. They worked with us through all the decision making and helped us land on a menu that fit our taste and vision as well as our budget. I recently performed with my band at a wedding that Gourmet Gals catered. The food was fantastic! In addition, they did a great job looking out for my band and the DJ -- they boxed up food for us to eat whenever we had a chance since we were busy working / playing during dinner. I have been a guest at a Christmas party for the last few years catered by Gourmet Gals and let me say, they serve DELICIOUS food and desserts every single time!

So, as I reflect back on 2017, there are only a few experiences that truly stand out, oddly, or maybe not, most of them center around Gourmet Gals Catering. Why, you ask...well, 1) In October, I learned that I would be coordinating our office Christmas Party and was in charge of, literally, EVERYTHING so I immediately thought of my favorite Austin caterer and when I called I had the good fortune to speak with Cymbre, for the first time in several years (I’d been out of the Austin area for quite some time), and it was no time had passed, she was just as wonderful and detailed-oriented as ever AND, as an added bonus, my December date was open in their books; 2) when it came time to discuss the menu, she provided me with the best options based upon our conversation and, not only that, but I had a very special hors d’oeuvre request (shrimp wrapped in prosciutto w/wasabi sauce – if you haven’t had it, request it…SO GOOD) that they no longer offered, and she resurrected it just for me, I couldn’t have been more thrilled; 3) the site visit/planning meeting was amazing…Cymbre knew exactly what to do, how to utilize the space perfectly and then set her plan in to motion, and was extremely communicative throughout the process of creating the perfect evening; 4) on the day of the Christmas Party, the rental company showed up exactly when Cymbre told me they would (any coordinator knows how difficult that is to manage) and they had everything with them that she ordered; then, Cymbre and her amazing team braved the freezing rain and snow, to prepare and serve the most wonderfully delicious meal…from the passed hors d’oeuvres, to the sit down duo entrée dinner, to the AH-MAZING desserts…it was all incredible, no, not incredible…EXTRAORDINARY, it really was and everyone loved everything. I am still receiving comments to this day! If you are looking for a caterer to make your event perfect, look no further than Gourmet Gals Catering. I’ve had the pleasure of working with them on and off for over 15 years and I hope to work with them for, at least, another 15 years! You will not be disappointed, I guarantee it!

Sherri and Delaney were SO sweet, kind and helpful from the very start! I decided to have a very small intimate wedding (around 40 people) I had no idea that it would be so hard to find a catering company around Austin that would cater to my needs. After being pretty much shot down by 3-4 different companies because I wasn't spending the minimum dollar amount required and pretty much being ignored by one major catering company after I told them that I was having a smaller wedding and not planning on spending upwards of $4,000 to feed my guests, I came across Gourmet Gals. From the very start, they made me feel just as important as any other event that they may have had going on, they were always prompt with their responses and quick to politely address my concerns, and most of all, their food was UH-Mazing! The day before my wedding, I had some pretty bad bridal jitters regarding the weather and Sherri was right there, googling weather reports and offering her encouraging words. The evening of my wedding was absolutely PERFECT. I am still on cloud 9. Sherri and her team were so awesome, pretty much went beyond my expectations and guests were non-stop commenting on how great the food was! Thank you so very much Sherri and team for being there to help make our wedding reception beautiful, seamless and tasty! :)
