Our East Garland Church decided to stop by & try this place out before heading back to the Dallas Metroplex. The food was fine. The drinks taste great, but aren't something one can have often. The atmosphere was peaceful & relaxing. The music was a blast from the past for us 50+ people.
Food was hot , fresh and very tasty! The catfish was cooked just perfectly and portions were more than adequate,we took leftovers home to make another meal! This was a positive experience for us. The dinning area was clean. The cashier rarely smiled but did get our order correct. I had the three piece catfish and French fries which were amazing due to the cajun seasoning. The entire meal was prepared in a timely fashion and was hot. I would revisit Mr.

This is the type of place that you go to when you want some homemade home down cooking. The first time my family went they got the wings and catfish fillets. The fish was delicious. The wings was delicious. The fried pork chop is delicious. The greens were delicious. The potato salad was delicious.
Mr Catfish is a great place to get fresh fish and good down home cooking. If you call in your order ahead of time it makes the experience even better. They also have a DJ there that mix up some great hits. This is a comfortable laid back environment. Just go chill and enjoy some good seafood.
I love it here , I went here last night and ordered food they had a band playing music the atmosphere was lovely. I definitely need to get out the house more often I really enjoyed my self.

Our family loves this place. Great Catfish,Wings,chops etc. We never have a bad experience. My daughter raves about the chicken strips! We've eaten in and taken out. Long wait, but it's worth it!!

Great place for seafood. The catfish is American farmed raised and not that imitation catfish served my most places. I could eat here everyday. They don’t miss when it comes to satisfying any appetite!
I have been coming here since I was a kid my mom use to take us when it was located on Springdale the quality of the food has never disappointed. If you like catfish; try Mr. Catfish for a delicious, tasty treat! We celebrated our friend's birthday, and we had a wonderful time. The service was slow, but the food was great.
