The only suggestion I'd make is to change the sandwich rolls from New Orleans style to crispy french roll, especially for the sandwiches that are more closely take offs on Vietnamese bahn mi, where the expectation is for just that...after all the latter

I went in to purposefully try the Oxtail banh mi, and it was delicious. You can add a fried egg to it to give the beef a little extra flavor, but on it's own, the sandwich tastes fantastic.
