2023-Apr Drive through service was prompt and the resulting order was spot on.
The sandwiches were typical Schlotzsky’s aka delicious.
I believe I waited less time for the order to be available than at most Schlotzsky’s drive through services. The drive through is a loop on one side of the building (it does NOT go around behind like a typical one) and it also worked well.
The grounds look well kept. The center is easy to get in and out of.
Pleasant experience overall.

This fast food stand is not just like any. Clean , well organized, Courteous staff , you get what you wish to have in this place. To go or to have it there , what more a person should have here ? Well , why don't you go and ask them yourself from the drive through or go in and see if you like what you see. I was very pleased with all , how about you ! You never know unless you see it all through .

I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food locations, but I had to because of my experience here. The older man in the drive through window was so pleasant to me and made my drive through experience better than other restaurants. The food was delivered quickly, and was hot and fresh. Also the Italian calzone is absolutely delicious if you haven’t tried it yet. 5 stars especially for the older man in the window, you rock! Very surprised how happy I was with this visit

Yeah yeah the food is always fresh and delicious, but what truly sets this location apart is the terrific staff.
I accidentally left my expensive AirPod Pros earbuds on the table and didn’t realize it until the next morning. I rushed over to the store 15mins before they opened. The manager could have ignored me or shooed me away until they officially opened, but she took the time to come unlock the front door and let me in while she retrieved my earbuds from the back office.
Any of the other staff members could have easily played “finders keepers” and absconded with my AirPods for themselves, but they didn’t and I greatly appreciate that.

Went through for some calzones, service was great GM was friendly and food was delicious. Will be back for sure, hopefully they get some signage because it's hidden away in the corner. I didn't know it was there until my girlfriend said something. Calzones are what is up y'all!!

5:45P.m. 6/22/22I Took a friend of mine to The Parmar McNeal location. It was his first time. Daniel, the person who took our order, was very nice and was able to explain the menu to my friend. My friend ended up getting the "California Chicken Flat" Which he enjoyed very much.. I got the "Beef Fiesta" w/ a Jalapeno and Cheddar Cheese Bread; very delicious The dinning room was clean. It only had 6 or 7 people dinning in.. the drive and pick-up orders seem to keep the Staff busy All-n -all it was a great experience for my friend. (who is very picky but now a fan) . Great Job!

Always great food. Went thru drive thru, they were stingy on napkins. 4 little napkins for 4 sandwiches, you know you need extra, don't forget you have to ask for extra napkins.

There have been very few times that I have been disappointed with what I received from this Schlotzskys which can’t be echoed for the rest of the chain. I rarely have to spend any time in the drive through and I always have a courteous experience with the folks taking my order. I am a naturally chatty person and I have not had anyone shrug me off or dismiss me. When I would like something hot and fast this is where I go!

They accepted my expired coupons, made it worth my trip in addition to a good sandwich. Sadly they've redone their menu in recent years taking away some of my old favorites to make room for new stuff, but the new stuff is popular, so I guess it was worth it to them, and still plenty I enjoy still around. They are also good about making sure my kid's weird order is done right, so that's appreciated too.

I visit this store regularly. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and they have a 100% accuracy rate when I've used their drive- through or carry- out! The food is consistently good, fresh, and cooked properly when "special instructions" are included (example: we like our pizzas more crispy than the standard cook time, and they always accommodate our requests). Restaurant is clean, including drink stations and restrooms.

I really like the diversity and economy of the food at Schlotzsky's. This location has a lovely staff that works hard to take good care of you. They keep their restaurant clean and they are quick unless they have a big cratering order. Everything on the menu is good. I haven't had anything I didn't like from the pasta to the salad to the sandwiches. Their pick-2 is a great deal and you could go everyday of the week without needing to repeat a meal.
