You'll recognize the owner first, he's the ecstatic guy behind the counter 😄. He stands out because you'd first think, 'man, it'd be hard for him to replace himself.' His service is great, you can tell he knows what he's doing, and he loves what he is doing. It's clearly obvious. Food is a SOLID 4*. It's good, the prices are good, and I enjoyed every bit of it. 👍 👌 😋

The best customer service I’ve ever experienced. A friend recommended I try this place and it’s by far my favorite go to. The man who takes orders and makes the food (not sure if he’s owner) even remembers my order! Love this place.

The was no long wait. Very nice guy made me burrito in 1-3 minutes. That was fast.

What I didn’t like - “chicken fajitas”. As a taste it was boiled chicken breast slightly fried with peppers before serving.

The service here is next level, the owner clearly loves what he does. It could be months since my last visit, and the owner would still remember my preferences. Easily some of the best Mexican food in Austin.

Followed the high ratings to find this place and glad I did. You get a pretty sizeable burrito for a good value. The cook has great energy and seems like a really nice guy. If you are on campus, give this place a try.

if you're craving mexican food, please don't go anywhere else. PLEASE come to Burrito Factory. everything has the most authentic taste and beautiful flavor. everything is made fresh. the horchata is delicious and tastes homemade. i had a burrito plate with a steak burrito and a flour tortilla. i dont even like flour tortillas, and i dont even like burritos in general. yet this place makes me shove a full size burrito into my stomach. i used to be a Chipotle lover until i tried this place. now i dont think I'll ever be able to go back.

The food here is reasonable but they make everything to order. Which means you could be standing in line for 8-10 minutes just to order. Then you'll need to wait longer for them to prepare it. I guess if you have plenty of time then its worth it but there are plenty of other food places close by with comparable food options that will get you on your way much faster.

Amazing food! Closest thing I can get that tastes like home and comes at an affordable price! The Horchata is delicious too!

This review is long overdue but 100/10 recommend. I have been a customer for almost a decade now and the food has been great every.single.time I have visited (which is probably close to a hundred at this point). It's hard to find "authentic" Mexican food here in ATX as most is Tex-Mex but this is it (despite the name which is what I was weary of at first). The tortas are the bestttt.
