Customer service here is always so great! Just wished they had more choices like “Rainbow Sorbet” but I tried the Mexican Vanilla and you can never go wrong with a root beer float! YUM!!

Went on a weekend around late afternoon. Well behaved and patient staff. I had to ask what each flavour was because there was no board explaining them but the staff explained each item I wanted to know and try out even before purchasing. Lack of options with chocolate chips.
Seating arrangement is limited. So i you have kids and you are in there on a weekend, you may have to walk out in the heat to watch your icecream melting before your eyes.
Icecream was alright, not the best.

Tim was humerus, personable, interactive and magical. All staff were super fun and helpful. Service was very good and fast. And the ice cream of course is delicious.

They have excellent ice cream! Courteous customer service and they A.C. definitely works. Came here to Austin on vacation and me and the family had gone hiking prior and the ice cream really hit the spot. I got Mexican vanilla with Butterfinger and granola

Customer service was lacking as the gentleman that was making my ice cream cone let it melt before he got it the cone. Then the realized it but didn’t do anything about it . So I got to eat it with a spoon. Very disappointed

Amy's Ice Creams proper are, of course, excellent. On this night, the minions both went to Zilker Mint Chip, which was super noms (I took a few tastes). My irresistible nemesis is their dreaded Vanilla Triple Mexxx, which is bursting with vanillity. Thankfully, it is a rotation flavor, and was not available this time. But it'll be back. It WILL be back....

I love Amy's ice cream and I'm one of their biggest fans and advocates.... but after becoming a mother 21 months ago I appreciate family friendly restrooms and changing tables for the babies in every restroom. this just especially surprise me seeing how this location is located and such a heavy populated kid atmosphere. A.k.a. there's a huge park outside??

I was in the store for about 15 minutes without even being acknowledged by the employees after helping a group of folks, the boy at the front decided to go to the back and there was no one to take the order. At this point i figured that he didnt want to serve me so i left. Sad experience and something i wasnt expecting.
