Best New Orlean style snow cone ‼️
This fun little shack is located on the corner at Anderson mill and frontage road. The staff is friendly and the snowballs are amazing. They have lots of flavors, great toppings, and a nice covered area for you to sit and enjoy your treat outside.
BRING CASH. Love this place. Very very fine powdery ice, best shaved ice that I have had. They are generous with the syrups so you are not stuck with any ice without the syrup.

This place is so good for a sweet treat on a hot day. Everyone is always friendly and the prices are reasonable. They definitely do not skimp on the syrup and it's only $1 to add a scoop of ice cream to your snow cone. So good!!

Best flavor combos I've seen and such a nice atmosphere. Make sure to bring cash, that is all they take. Nice outdoor seating and the wait is not too long. It's a great Sunday afternoon treat for the family and they are very nice people that own it. Show some love to small local businesses!
We have been going here for years. They are the best around. My all time favorite is the coconut with condensed milk. They always make sure I get it the way I ask. Cream in the middle and on top.
Great snow cones and lots of flavors to choose from!
Suggest a small size for better price. The small is basically 22oz overloaded, which is great but way too much. Otherwise super friendly, nice area to sit outside. Traffic isnt great, but thats most places. Definitely a unique snow cone experience, delicious.
Sweet Caroline's is an under dog when it comes to snow cone businesses. Their competitor, Sno Beach, receives way too much hype. There are so many flavors to choose from, and their cream is the perfect amount of sweet. Their ice is also the BEST. So snowy! Great place to cool down on a hot summer da
The snow cones here can be very good or very weird. Some flavors are very good: like wedding cake, grape and cherry. But others are just odd. Like pickle and Nectar. But overall the shack is the best snow cone place I've eaten at
This is the overall best snowcone place i've ever been too but.. they are closed for half of the year because of the weather in winter fall and curently in the middle of spring, texas weather is rarely ever cold and I feel like they should be open more.
sweet carolines is by far the best snowball around!! I literally find myself craving them year round. The flavors are bold but not so sugary that it leaves you craving a glass of water after. Love the eskimo kiss!! Cant wait to try the flutter butter!
