Vazquez Restaurant - Austin - Photo album

Really good breakfast tacos, quick service for a walk up to-go order. Calling ahead is a good idea as they get busy for to-gos. Plenty of seating for a sit down meal, lots of parking too.
Food and service was good we tried a little of everything gorditas with meat and without, menudo, chilaquiles(beans are good) and chips/salsa waiter was very nice a little bit pricey for 2 people but expected that from other reviews we saw before coming here
I just love this place. It's casual, friendly, and the food is very good. I have been several times and never had any problems with service or food.
Very fresh and tasty salsa, the heat tells the authenticity! Their refried beans are one of the best in town, made with lard. The meat were very well seasoned. Everything was quite satisfactory!
I have been 4 times now. Their breakfast tacos are amazing. Service is friendly, and they talk to you while waiting if they aren't too busy. I highly recommend. I need to actually dine in one of these days. I get the barbacoa so my tacos are little more
Definitely liked the food here. Had the Eggs with Potatoes and hot sauce, i asked them to make the potatoes crispy and it was very good. Chips and hot sauce had a good taste to it. The only I didn't like was the tortillas was not home made. Great atmosphere and lots of people.
Great Breakfast Tacos (homemade tortillas) -- Also, grab you a Michilada! So good. This hidden gem wont disappoint.
This place was bustling which is always a good sign. Lots of diversity in the clientele also a great sign. The servers were dressed for dia de los Muertos and the restaraunt was decked out as well, with a beautiful offerenda. The tables were clean and service was friendly and fast. The food was grea
I've been coming to Vasquez since I was a kid. Their food is so good! When I'm craving a good plate of enchiladas or Chilaquiles, I will only come here!
Always very good service and the food..... so good, especially the bomb salsa....we practically come here every Sunday if closer to my home, well I'd visit more often
Excellent food. I come from south Texas and this is what I expect and canโ€™t find in Austin! Great service too!!
A very reliable and reasonably priced place to pick up breakfast tacos. They often have a good sized crowd inside as well. We've gone here for years. The staff is always friendly and willing to make accomodations with our orders for vegan tacos.
We have a great meal every time ! This is beef fajita enchiladas with and added egg on top.The chips and salsa is spicy and addicting ! Service is always fantastic!
Menudo is so good! Service was great, definitely returning.
A true local, family run Mexican food joint. Nothing fancy and in an odd strip mall under 183 that is no doubt slated for redo in the near future. My friend and I ordered the huevos rancheros and literally moaned between every bite. Lol. Good, spicy salsa with bagged chips (only let down). Crispy b
We were in town to help my son move to a new apartment. Trying to find a place for good breakfast tacos near his new place, and we found them here. My wife gave them an โ€œAโ€, and she is hard to please. I was impressed with how quickly they were made, piping hot, and thought they were as good as any o
One of the best breakfasts I've ever had (breakfast tacos). Great flavors, great portions. Large, really diverse menu of traditional Mexican dishes. Will definitely be back.
Excellent authentic Mexican in a rather unassuming part of town. Made me feel less home sick ๐Ÿ‘Œ
First and foremost I am not affiliated in any way with this establishment just one of my favorite Mexican food stops and North Austin several locations this morning I visited the Burnet Road 183 location as always greeted with a smile by Mr Jorge longtime employee as most are manages two stores can'
