They've always been prompt and good about my mobile orders, which is better than the Wendy's near my house. I only ever come for breakfast so it's always been pretty fast. I think the only downside is the shot at/ punched out(???) Drive thru screen can make it hard to read your order.
Jared literally saved my night with his customer service at this location. At around 2am CST I came to this location after work and it literally made my night. Fast food chains get a bad wrap but it’s people like Jared that help the industry run. David also shows me a tremendous amount of respect!
This place is under new management, and it shows. The service and quality of food has shot up immensely, and they're actually open when you go. Ordered the spicy nuggets late late night the past few times I went and they were piping hot and fresh like I've never had at any Wendys before. Keep it up
I love Wendy’s, the fries are fantastic and it’s truly a step above fast food. Wendy’s smiling face on the cups and bags brightens and cheers my day every time I visit the restaurant. ❤️

Went through the drive-thru seem like it was pretty quick order was correct and the staff was friendly and it was over and done pretty quickly.
The Loaded Nacho is amazing. As well as the Ghost Pepper burger.
This might be the best burger in Austin. So delicious I keep coming back. Try all the fancy spots downtown but this place is just a real classic.
