It is very difficult to be consistent with barbecue. So many restaurants know this, yet there’s a constant hit or miss when it comes to the food that’s prepared. Rudy’s is the exception in my 20 years of eating at Rudy’s either for breakfast lunch or dinner I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal. I’m not stating that it’s some top-tier barbecue, that you would get from a place like Franklin’s, or Valentina’s, or Terry Blacks, but it’s great barbecue at a great price that’s always consistently good.
If you haven’t already definitely check out the breakfast tacos. If you head up to the counter, the custom make them for you.

I love the Rudy's atmosphere. Staff is always really helpful. They are not the best texas on BBQ, but they definitely always deliver consistency and very delicious food.
Their cream corn is spectacular; as is the moist brisket.

Ate breakfast here 2 days in a row because the brisket, egg, and cheese tacos were that good! If the breakfast is that great, I just know the whole menu is worth every penny. They also have a nice variety of delicious bottled drinks. I tried the strawberry limeade and the peach lemonade and they were good to the last drop! 10/10 for sure.

Got recommended to check out Rudy's when we picked up our rental car from Easirent, as soon as we walked in the manager, James, greeted us and gave us a quick tour and answered all our questions we had about the place. After showing us where to order, Tim at the front gave us samples of all the options they could (brisket, brisket moist, and turkey) and gave us plenty of bread for sandwiches.
The moist brisket, chicken, and BBQ was great. Absolutely the best place to get BBQ without having to worry about paying an arm and a leg. Wish we had Rudy's back up north to get the quality and amount of food for the price.

It's one of our favorite Rudy's locations. We never miss a stop here whenever we are in the area. The staff is PHENOMENAL and we always experience exceptional customer service. The establishment is always clean and parking is never an issue.
From their breakfast tacos to their lunch and dinner servings, the food at Rudy's is always spectacular, and their banana pudding hits the spot to finish off an exceptional meal.
We are a huge fan of their breakfast tacos and have tried most of them. I highly recommend their brisket taco and pigs in a blanket with cheese.

Love these guys. I get their green chili stew twice a week, take it home and cut it by half with Central Market turkey stock for an easy, delicious, healthy low-cal meal. I love that their cashiers always recognize me too, and even notice when I haven't been in for a while.

The locals bbq place. Yes, I experienced delicious authentic bbq. Cooked in wood fire oak smoke bbq ovens for 12 hours overnight, daily. Always fresh meats and chickens, brisket and prime rib. The prime rib is truly memorable. ;) The location does not have a freezer. Staff very helpful and friendly. Everything is immaculate, including restrooms. I spoke with staff member tending to a restroom, he has been with company 16 years. Solid bbq, solid staff. -- Enjoy - J

I used to not like Rudy's. I think something about both the service and food has become better. The food is consistently good and the sauce has the vinegar quality I like rather than the sweet and thick Texas style I have grown to dislike. I like the fridge full of sides as you approach the line and the service staff is both friendly and knowledgeable, always up for personal recommendations. The place is always very clean and everyone in house--working or not... Seems happy.

Visiting the area for the 1st time and I asked a local where to find the “BEST BBQ” they recommended 2 places, but he said this is the spot if you want some good brisket. Welp, I took their advice and off we went to this establishment. We went with the Moist Brisket and somehow the cashier got my order mixed up and I did not catch on until I got to the table because she gave me Brisket as well. The Moist Brisket is just what it says…fall off the bone DELICIOUSNESS! My daughter really enjoyed it. The regular Brisket was ok, but the moist was top notch. We had Potato Salad for our side and I Love me some good potato salad and it did not disappoint! I had the Banana Pudding for dessert and that was yummy as well…the only complaint I have is the BBQ sauce…we are more of a sweet bbq sauce that what they offer which was a little vinegary to our liking. Overall a good meal, just a little upset over the mistake in my order that I did not catch until I sat down which hurt the pockets a little… So go on over and get you some MOIST BRISKET!

This location always has good food. I don't use BBQ sauce on brisket so I always get some salsa from the breakfast side of the restaurant instead. If you haven't tried the green chili stew, do yourself a favor and try it. It goes hard. I also usually get their baby back ribs. Some days are better than others but they're pretty reliable.

One of the best BBQ places in texas. Not really any service besides the people behind the counter. You clean your own table and pack up your leftovers.. which is fine, but when there are employees standing around, they could have at least wiped down a table or two, considering they were sticky and the BBQ sauce bottle was so plugged from not being cleaned, we had to remove the pour top and shake out what we needed.

I love all of Rudy’s locations, but this is the first time I ordered delivery. Needless to say, I wasn’t disappointed. I had the moist brisket, jalapeño sausage and baby back ribs. Everything was really good but the ribs were especially amazing! The “small” sides of their signature beans and coleslaw weren’t small at all and spot on in terms of flavor. Overall, a great bbq joint at affordable prices. Highly recommended.

Though the girl that answered the phone either had an attitude or the phone system is bad and she spoke quietly, the guy at the order counter was awesome. Like management material awesome i may need to poach him.
Food overall was great - pulled pork was my fave, with coleslaw, creamed corn was good but the half rack pork ribs were pretty salty.

Delicious bbq restaurant. The brisket was so tender and juicy with a lot of flavor. The corn, beans, coleslaw sides were all delicious. The staff was amazing and helped me decide what to get. They even let you try a sample to narrow down your choices. Excellent job! I will definitely come back when I visit Texas next.

Okay this place was super awesome! We were visiting from Oregon and Steffi helped us out and we had a warm welcome followed by samples. She was super helpful and explained everything clearly. I didn’t catch the blonde gals name working next to her who was asking us about Portland but she was awesome also! I’ll always recommend this place! Thanks for such an awesome visit.

I live in California and usually like it, but this location has a limited menu, they're cheap, they try to sell you more than you ask for...it's by the pound so they overload you in hopes that you'll just pay for it...they CHARGE you for condiments that are free at other Rudy's locations, and when I asked about it, the staff was downright rude!
My favorite thing to on the menu is the Green Chile Stew, which is available at pretty much EVERY other location, but after going out of my way on my way to the airport, they don't carry it.
I hadn't eaten and I was low on time so I got some food anyway, but there are a TON of other BBQ restaurants that are in the immediate area that are friendly, polite, and won't make you feel like they're trying to take every penny you have.
