Tres Amigos Restaurant & Cantina - Austin - Photo album

Nice neighborhood place, welcoming staff and attentive service. The fresh chips & salsa were the perfect start along with some queso. I had the Cinco Nachos (saw another review recommending) - large plate of chips loaded with ground beef, cheese, onions and peppers - very good, perfect for sharing.
We wandered on this place randomly trying to escape the nearby traffic. I was surprised by the wonderful atmosphere, service, drinks & food. I had the fish tacos and they were delish (not sure where the lime was though?) the green chicken enchiladas were “fine” according to my friend. The salsa ho
Stoped in for lunch. Wife got queso especial and I got puffy taco and enchilada. Queso was good but the beef that was in in, also in my taco and enchilada was pretty plain. Salsa is hot. Be careful if you are not a spicy food person. Personal I liked it but the wife found it to hot My puffy taco
Our new neighborhood Tex Mex! Very friendly and professional staff, great margarita, tasty salsa, and attractive menu selections. We'll be back! And often!
This is a great spot for authentic Mexican food. I often get the sizzling fajitas (chicken & beef or shrimp) which are all fantastic. The service is also really good. Adam always remembers my name and order - I’ve had a fantastic experience in large part due to his service. I would recommend coming
We are always so happy with the service we receive here! We are a large group that regularly meets here and we are routinely warmly welcomed. Our chips and salsa stay full. Our server takes orders as we are ready. The chicken is seasoned well, and the various sauces are terrific. The house cocktail
Family-Friendly, great service. Flour tortillas are just the right mix of fluffy and crispy. Food so great, our large table, including the kids went quiet as they enjoyed the food. Our family loves this iconic Austin restaurant.
Really good Mexican food. I had the Durango dinner which was beef enchilada, chalupa, tostadas, rice and beans. It was delicious. Margaritas were very good tho the seemed just a little pricey The service was excellent. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and left us wanting for n
Great place for quick lunch. It's been a long stretch between my previous visit and my latest, so it has changed a bit. Still a solid place for Mexican food.
I have never been to a restaurant where the atmosphere was so comfortable, it is familiar, the food is delicious, The attention of its staff is very warm and efficient. I will return soon 🏃
We decided to visit this restaurant because it is in our neighborhood and east to get in and out of for my mother who is 91 years old. The food was tasty, but what really stood out was the love and care from the wait staff. They beamed smiles at mom and made sure we had everything we needed. Water g
I ordered for pick up..The fajitas were great and would have gave them 5 stars but I didn't get my corn tortillas. Wich was a bummer , I didn't have time to go back to get them . Fajitas just aren't the same with out tortillas
Great food and it's the only Tres Amigos left in town. It was great to go for the puffy tacos!
I am giving it a 5 star rating, even though the salsa that comes out with the chips needs more spice. The atmosphere is great with authentic Mexican decorations and music playing. The stuffed avacodo and ranchero chicken was so good, we ate until we hurt, and that was a pleasure.
I would give this place 6/5 if I could. Their food is delicious every time. One of the times, I placed an online to-go order and after I picked it up and left, got a phone call back that they left something out. That’s awesome that they would realize that and give me a call instead of letting it go.
