In-n-out is always great and the simplicity of their menu and nominal price is what does it for me. Even the drive through is under 15 mins. The simplest menu, fresh tasting ingredients is great. I always get the double double and fries 🍟 Highlh recommend it if you haven’t tried in-n-out ever and this might sound controversial but shake shake in Austin just didn’t live up to its NY reputation, I’m sorry.

Definitely one of my favorite spots to have a Burger. The burgers are kept pretty simple but are super delicious.
The fries, especially the animal style fries are also amazing!
Prices are also more than fair for what you get here!

Got combo no. 2 which is a cheeseburger, fries, and a medium size beverage. Good value for the money with the whole meal cost under $9. The burger came out correct and fast while not too greasy. The fries also came out piping hot and right amount of crisp. Ordering experience was fast with friendly staffs despite long drive thru line.

Delicious California style cheeseburger, with accompaniment of French fries and a strawberry milkshake. Clean, ample dining space. Ample and ready parking in the lot. Good value for the dollar. Kid friendly menu and space.

Fantastic! I've heard about this place for a long time but finally had the opportunity to try it. I would say it rates somewhere above Sonic and somewhere below Culver's, but with the efficiency of the McDonald's. The food is presented well, and matches the image on the menu. Definitely would recommend for anyone who hasn't had one yet!

In-N-Out is the best, but this location is the best of the best. One night after a long but good day, at 1am, an employee Alexis (I think) was walking out let’s say 10 seconds before I was - he held the door open for me. That’s the kind of service I “hope for” when fine dining - it’s the kind of country I hope to live in - and in my book, it’s absolutely above and beyond. It was such a small gesture - and it was the cherry on top for an otherwise always fantastic experience (I’ve been to this location probably 30 times over 5 years). It’s always perfectly clean & the staff always go above and beyond.

I recently tried the Animal Style Grilled Sandwich at In-N-Out Burger, and it was simply amazing! The combination of flavors and the grilled perfection of the sandwich left me completely satisfied. In-N-Out never disappoints with its delicious offerings, and this sandwich was no exception. I'll be coming back for more of this tasty treat for sure!

You can’t beat In-N-Out burgers! Price wise, quality, portion wise… simply incredible! Also, come a little earlier and the line is almost non existent.
Definitely great for a good cheat meal. We all know fries could be better, but burgers are on another level!

I had my first visit ever to In-N-Out yesterday as I live in a region where the company is not available and I have to say I was blown away! The staff was extremely friendly and greeted us immediately and even made small talk with us the manager on duty James I believe was his name I could be wrong was so nice to his staff and even made sure we were okay after getting our food. I am leaving Austin on Sunday evening and I will be stopping on my way to the airport for the delicious food and amazing environment!

The staff was great and the restaurant was well maintained, but i was disappointed in the food. Possibly being that it was overhyped by friends. It reminded me of a place called Sonic.

I'm from the Midwest and I was counting the days until I finally made it to In-N-Out Burger. I was hoping for a hot juicy cheeseburger and Fries to match. The fries were hot from the grease delicious but, my burger was luke warm and a complete let down from all the hype I have been hearing for so many years....I hope that the burger I received yesterday was an anomaly and that this is not regular practice. The service was awesome the young lady that took my order was happy to do so and knowledgeable.

I give this establishment five stars because of the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the place and for the money? The food is GREAT! Hamburger was ok. Nothing special. The fries were AWFUL - no taste, cardboard consistency - this is the third time I have had them ( all different locations ). All three have been equally as bad. No desire to stop for a burger here when their fries are so bad.

In-N-Out burgers are a delicious treat. I'm always excited to eat there . . . which is entirely a testament to the strength of their cheeseburgers because the rest of the food is disappointing.<br/><br/>The fries genuinely taste a bit gross (less so if you get them animal style), and the milkshakes are not worth drinking unless you have a serious calcium deficiency.<br/><br/>Oddly enough, they're also going through a pepper shortage right now, meaning the usual option of banana peppers on the side is unavailable.<br/><br/>Most recently, I tried the burger "animal style", an option on their secret menu, but I was not impressed. The extra sauce and grilled onions that comprise this option really don't add anything to the burger. It really is perfect already, and doesn't need the additions.<br/><br/>Stick with their original burgers and you will be delighted.

Love! Haven't ate at a In-N-Out since I was in Cali in 2008. Driving thru Texas from Oklahoma and had to stop! Love it, great burger and fries for an amazing price! Went on a Saturday night about 6 and it was packed. Ordered very quickly but waited 15-20 minutes for the food! Will be back next time we are in TX!

I came in to In-N-Out expecting it too be super crowed, but there was no line and the service was extra quick. The burgers are always awesome especially with the "animal sauce". I got two burgers and fries for less than $12 🙌🏽🙌🏽

In-N-Out? Is the name predictive of its stay in Texas.. I was so excited to try this place. I am a burger enthusiast, and have tried the great American meal all over Texas and other parts of the country. <br/>1. This place was most definitely not an "In-N-Out" experience. The food took almost 20 minutes to be ready.<br/>2. The patties were flavorless and tiny. <br/>3. The fries were pasty. They were bland.<br/>4. The meñu was refreshingly short and simple.<br/>5. I don't see this franchise succeeding anywhere in Texas other than Austin. Hipsters will eat here just because it's hip and with all the interstate travelers wanting to try this place out should keep it in business. Any person with taste buds wouldn't frequent this place.<br/>6. The prices were moderate, but the burgers are tiny. <br/>7. Chain wise, What-a-burger, Steak 'n Shake, and Checkers are much better.

A great burger as long as you are comparing it to Whataburger, McDonald's, Wendy's and the like. The secret menu options make for nice options you can't anywhere. Try animal style. Unique. Careful with animal style fries though. Heavy, heavy fat content. The fries are fresh and hand cut in store but not the best tasting fries (PTerrys are better). The food ingredients are sourced carefully and the meat is fried by managers not teenagers. Fast and friendly. Nothing will live up to "hype" so don't go there because of that. This location is always a winner. And conveniently right off the main highway.

The famous burger chain of California opened two locations in Austin late 2013 and we had been craving to go there and had it on the winter holidays, places to eat list!
